Nothing the staff especially the manager called Tia was extremely racist towards me and my family, they gave us absolutely bad rooms with broken windows and when we asked for a swap they simply refused and tried to offer us a compensation so we agreed but next morning she refused to do it, she said I’d only refund if you leave the hotel yesterday bearing in mind she never told us that because we had booked for 2 nights.

Management staff absolutely rude and racist, they lied about the facilities and I cannot stress Enough customer service doesn’t do nothing either they do not helps they just want your money

Room had an adjoining door which although closed did let noise through ( even low level talking was audible ) not a major problem but surprised as we had asked specifically for a quiet room. Breakfast a little basic and lukewarm but staff attentive.

we drove up from reading after work and arrived at 21:00 to find that they had a fire and everyone had been evacuated. so after a long drive we were unable to get into the building to rest after a long day . personally I’d like some kind of refund for the inconvenience

I didn't sleep one single bit the noise was just horrific there was construction building and drilling going on all morning my room on the night was absolutely freezing I had the heating on full blast and wasn't enough to warm a room of that size the carpet was just disgusting with heavy stains and very unclean I actually booked for two nights for a romantic brake with my partner but only ended up staying for the one night as I didn't want to experience what I did the night before this really ruined are " romantic weekend away together and just made us very tired and stressed out! Absolutely unacceptable!

Nothing. I attempted to put a man I know up for the night at this hotel who had been in hospital for number of months and had lost his home. I had paid for it and they refused to allow him to stay they were so rude and nasty and then refused to refund me.

The manager said he couldn’t care less if he had nowhere to stay that he wouldn’t let anyone “homeless” stay at the hotel! He had to think of the other hotel users.

Hotel was really clean staff were lovely great Value especially with breakfast included 👌

Staff was very helpful Taz and Sherry were very considerate.

Lift's were very very slow considering the floors and sign posted very poorly for the car park.

Horrible room key issues. You could enter into another room with it. they need to change the system and software immediately.

Nicole checked us in. She was very friendly and offered us a choice room. We got the room that we wanted, with a nocer view. Lewis has also been brilliant and attended to our needs. They made sure we had enough teas and coffees. Customer service from these 2 was 10/10
