Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en lekker. De receptionist was heel vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel is heel goed, mbt overdekte parkeergarage en een winkelcentrum met verschillende restaurantjes. Tip: Vietnamees restaurant Hanoi Caphé heeft groot buitenterras met uitzicht op het water, de boten en de mooie omgeving. We hebben hier op de heenweg en terugweg heerlijk gegeten!!

Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and nice.
I was robbed on the Tram just in front of the hotel. Three young girls got on the tram with my friend and I and because it was so crowded they were somehow able to steal my wallet from a zipped bag around my waist. They were really good at pickpocketing. Please tell the hotel to warn people of pickpockets on Tram 1 in front of the hotel.

Everything looked new, clean and had a nice warm design. Breakfast was very good. Small room with a very comfortable bed and big shower. Location was great, public transport in front and some small stores, a mall and restaurants in the same street.
Not bad, just funny. The elevator was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. Max of two people with luggage and still packed to one another.

Konum muhteşem. otelin çevresi ve özellikle oda sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Tek eksik yanım kahvaltı daha çeşitli olabilir ve daha hızlı yenilenebilirdi. Onun haricinde herşey gerçekten çok ama çok iyiydi.

very spacious room, staff was super nice and they let us in even before check in time since the room was ready, also, they kept our luggage on the departing day
i couldn’t sleep at night because neighbors were very loud (kept their tv on till 5am and were talking and laughing very loudly all night long), but I wouldn’t say it was because of the room. Noise was fine during the day, some people just don’t know how to behave.

The location was superb for us as we had a very early departure from the train station. The staff were excellent - very helpful and the hotel was extremely clean.
No extractor fan in the bathroom. Smallish room with no seating.

Conveniently located near trams and metro station. Also only 20-30 minute walk to main sites. Very comfortable and clean facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast and tea/coffee bar was great. Bathroom small but still comfortable.
Room was a little bit cold, but there were extra blankets so it was warm enough and plenty comfortable. Window faced the street so it was a bit noisy - not something that bothered me at all, but as an fyi to any future travellers

Room was tiny, sound proofing wasn't great, location is next to a main train / bus depot which is convenient but it's not a safe neighbourhood, I didn't feel safe enough to go out alone on the streets at night to get food so just ordered in.

a bit of smell in the bathroom but apparently due to some over flood sewage due to recent high rain as per the staff. not much to be done unfortunately.
