Everything was perfect - from the delicious breakfast to the comfortable bed. The hotel room furniture little bit old but it’s okay. The hotel offers convenient car parking right in front. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg and Colmar, as this hotel conveniently situated between both cities.

The room is nice, good light and bed

the hot water is available in the morning and early at night, at least in the summer. If you come back after a day at Europa Park (around 11pm, last attractions close at 9 and then it's better to have dinner there or you will found everything closed in the city), you cannot have a proper shower until the day after, in the morning. If you arrive at 5 in the afternoon, you cannot have a shower.

Nice and clean hotel, close to the centre and a good base point for Alsace. There is free parking just across the hotel. The breakfast was nice with great variety!

Nice looking hotel on the inside and comfortable beds. Nice entourage in the bar. In walking distance from plenty of restaurants. Ample parking in front which is free from 1700 saturday and whole sunday.

We had two rooms. One room with a very small bathroom and toilet, and one with a good size bathroom. Both rooms were very hot and it was not possible to change the settings on the thermostat. The street was too noisy to open a window at night. Breakfast buffet didn't have scrambled eggs and the water level to boil eggs was too low and unnoticed by the employee.

Location. The young girl who did our check in and check out was very sweet and kind. It made the process smooth and painless.

The room we got was extremely tiny, so I paid more for a bigger room. That was satisfactory however it had not been cleaned well. There was a lot of dust. Housekeeping was rude and made it look like a favour to clean the room even at 4 pm in the afternoon. One senior aged lady with short hair and spectacles, who worked at the desk refused to help me request the kitchen to use the microwave for 3 minutes to heat up food for my 8 year old children. She was rude and discourteous.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from. The hotel had a cozy interior design.

The interior design of the room did not match that of the common areas. The room smelled odd and the air conditioning was quite noisy.

The price was good and we got free parking in front of the hotel. The room was nicely sized and had big windows. The AC was helpful during the heat wave. Nuxe products in the bathroom.

Old room, not as shown on any pictures. The bathroom was also old and the shower was dark and had low pressure. The toilets were separated from the bathroom and it seems like there were a lot of unnecessary doors that collide into each other. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me back pain. The AC thermostat was somehow in Fahrenheit.
