The location of the hotel is marvelous. The view is just spectacular!

I visited during summer and had a corner room. There was no air conditioning so it was very difficult to sleep in such a heated room.

The hotel is perfectly located and close to the bus and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff- from the front desk to the breakfast lady. The cleaning service was also very discreet and got the job done efficiently. The room looked new, it was clean and comfy. Bonus point for the fact that it was also spacious for a single room, same for the bathroom and the sink. It is very much appreciated! Large choice for breakfast. Great to have restaurants on site- the burger at Legenda was tasteful and the staff friendly.

This is more about what could be improved: The quality of the breakfast could be upgraded. Some fresh juice, homemade bread or pastries would make it perfect. It would be nice to have the possibility to make some tea/coffee in the room. The corridors do not appear to be renovated, and previous comments were mentioning the smell of cigarette in the rooms. I only noticed it in the corridors.

even the hotel had better times it is steal great place where to stay in Zlin. City center is few minutes from the Hotel, many shops, restaurants and city Theater too. The pub in the hotel is great place to have a beer.

Basically only the cleanness of the room.

2 out of 3 receptionists were absolutely unprofessional. Paper-thin walls of the rooms, we heard everything several rooms and floors apart. There was a party in the hotel both nights of our stay, second night until half past midnight although the hotel policy says quiet hours start at 10pm. When we called reception at 10:30pm asking when this noise will finish, we were told it should be over around 11pm...while it lasted until half past midnight. Remind you we were on the 7th floor and the party was on the 3rd floor and there were glasses moving on our room table caused by the sound (bass). We came to have a proper sleep before my daughters 2 days swimming competition and we didn't sleep properly a single night. The first night there was an electricity outage on our floor after we returned from a dinner and wanted to go to sleep early. The receptionist only told us the maintenance guy already left and refused to put us in a different room on a different floor. It took another 20 minutes during which he himself wasn't able to fix the problem, only then he reluctantly agreed to give us a different room. Additionally in a "4* hotel room" there was no kettle and tea/coffee available there.

Great location for shopping, concerts and the University.

The room was poor. I could hear every word that was said next door which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The room was cold and the door to the bathroom/lavatory had a glass central piece that was entirely transparent...really??? Presentation of the breakfast very poor - curtains were not hung properly, poor cleanliness, very little attention to detail. In addition, the small pop up shop in the lobby gave the place a rather cheap, low class character.

Perfect wiev, a good place to stay in...

As I expected this to be the best known hotel in Zlín, I can´t agree on "modernizing" the interiors. New additions (colours, furniture or details) are putting this hotel down:((( Our room was newly equipped, but the furniture points not to a 4* hotel. Management should choose a good architect and not just stick it all with a kind of kitchy "glue", otherwise the hotel will lose its renowned position... breakfast we had was just mediocre:(((
