A wonderful cosy hotel, superb restaurant with great wine and food. Very kind and welcoming helpful staff, we are looking forward to visit La Ferme again

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a view of the slopes and were 5 meters away from the luxurious sauna. We had the most delicious raclette that we have ever eaten in the restaurant! Amazing food and staff!

The team working there are very friendly and welcoming, particularly Anouck, who set me up with some good hiking guides so I didn’t have to go to the tourist office. They are responsive to queries, and accommodating to request (such as for an Apero). The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and done to a good standard. Note that they are doing a refurb of the hotel in Sept-20. My room had direct access onto the terrace which was a nice spot to enjoy the Apero, with a view over la Clusaz valley The location is wonderful, slightly up the hill overlooking La Clusaz, but close enough not to be difficult to get into town (and a bit longer to get back up the hill). The restaurant on site is very popular and the food is good - they do some lovely local dishes. I would definitely stay there again!!

The layout of my room was a bit awkward especially to get in the door, and the shower did flood the bathroom - probably won’t be an issue after the refurb!

Small room

Staff extremely helpful. Rooms small, especially the separate loo! But quite adequate. The whole decor was so homey & comfortable with lots of detail. Family photos, tea lights up the stairs etc

Only thing they could improve on is the weeny loo, & a perhaps a more comfy bed.
