Home was spacious yet cozy…location so convenient to ski trail/lift. Family enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Owners very responsive. Driveway tricky with the new snow but we were prepared. We would definitely book again!

Extremely comfortable property with everything you could need for a weekend of skiing in Killington. Within ten minutes to slopes and dining/ski shops on the access road. Indoor hot tub after a day of skiing was incredible to have. Sadie was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

House was clean and well equipped. Very close to Killington gondola for skiers. Property manager was quick to respond to questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again

Very quiet getaway retreat if you want to escape the hustle and bustle.

We were very pleased with the location and the layout of the house. The location was centerlized in regard to the places we wanted to see. Great fireplace and having three bathrooms was a plus when getting ready for the day.

Far enough from the base lodge that you do t feel like everyone is staring at you when you eat dinner and close enough to sleep in and still make first runs. Hell if you’re motivated and can walk in boots you don’t even need to move your car once you arrive. The kids loved the hot tub and I haven’t relaxed so hard in over a year.

The house was beautiful and perfectly located off the great eastern trail at Killington. A short ski down to the Skyship gondola on rt4. The beds were soooo comfortable where you would want to sleep in for days. The ideal spot for you to let your cares melt away from the workweek. I've been Killington for 20+ years and this was by far and away the best house we've stayed at. A big "thank you" to Sadie the homeowner for trusting us with your beautiful house! Property was a little more worn than photos suggested but hard to make comparison since we saw it as prior renter left it. The cleaner had not come and the linens were not changed. Unsure if hot tub would have been cleaned but would not have used it in condition we saw. Mistakes happen but with a long drive and no alternatives available this was a painful experience. Owners have cameras outside but did not register that cleaning had not happened until we arrived after 10pm.

Our Vermont Ski Chalet was very clean and had plenty of beds for our party. The family room with it's roaring fireplace was beautiful and the owners decorated the chalet for Christmas, which was an added touch. We enjoyed the big wooden table for Christmas dinner and games! It was very cozy and warm! The only reason why I gave the Chalet only 3 stars was for a few reasons. The kitchen is smaller than what the pictures reflect, and the refrigerator needs to provide for filtered water or the owners should provide a Britta for filtered water. The water from the faucet tasted bad. Also, the picture of the hot tub looks like the hot tub is new and clean, yet in reality it is old and not so clean....it has a funky smell. And the last thing: as for ski in and ski out, I would not count on this property to be that at all. Especially before January. I would not even advertise it as such. Even if the passage is open to the gondola the 'hill' you have to ski down to the gondola is not a ski hill and how would you get back up the hill with ski's and such when the gondola does open? The hill is too steep so this property is not 'ski in ski out' at all. Had I known this I would have not booked this property based on that information alone. That was my first priority when booking our ski vacation. All in all, however, this property was comfortable for our Christmas vacation.

We had a wonderful stay here in Killington! The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were so impressed with the communication from the owners. Their was a small kitchen appliance that needed some attention during our stay and within hours Sadie returned my notes and had a replacement sent the very next day. The pantry and kitchen was stocked, their were ample pillows, fresh sheets and blanket to your feet with for the couch. We traveled with two kids under 4 years of age and a dog. We found the house to be spacious, childproof -able, and fun! We loved the morning sun in the great bedroom windows, and the deck that allowed for great fort making under the outdoor table. We can’t wait to visit again and make more wonderful VT memories!

House and owner was very nice. No complaints except the sun that comes into the bedroom very early AM and shines right in your eyes. Would have been nice to have an optional shade for that. Other than that we liked the house

We found the Brighton Rock Killington, VT Ski House quiet and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The house was convenient to hiking trails, Plymouth, VT lakes, Killington Recreation Center with Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, Killington Mountain restaurants and local mini-market, outdoor entertainment and Killington Farmers Market. The kitchen had a good assortment of cookware for preparing meals (including a waffle maker) to enjoy inside on a large table or the outdoor balcony deck with family and friends. The gas barbecue on the balcony deck worked well for outdoor grilling. We enjoyed baking fresh bread and desserts, and appreciated the electric mixer, bake-ware and provided baking supplies. On the odd cold rainy evenings we had a cozy fire in the fireplace and enjoyed playing music through the Sonos audio system. On clear nights we enjoyed sitting around the fire-pit roasting marshmallows in comfortable Adirondack Chairs.

This house was very nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. Sadie was very fast in responding to our questions. The area is great, lots of restaurants and for winter is a perfect rental with the beautiful fireplace and so close to the mountain.
