Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Betten waren leider nicht so bequem. Nach dem Check Out wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es Austauschmatratzen gegeben hätte.

Alles sehr sauber. Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sehr kinderfreundliche Mitarbeiter.

Betten und Kissen waren leicht nicht so bequem.

Abtenau is a typical Austrian mountain resort - Calm, clean and quiet place, with great services and breathtaking countryside. Regarding the Vital Hotel Moisl, can´t say enough good. From early morning till late night, there is always something to do. The hotel wellness is a must-visit, provides everything one can look for, and is a perfect place to relax.

Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Nice maids. Perfect breakfast. Superb location to the popular places of interest. Fantastic wellness area. We had our dog with. There wasn´t any problem about it. We will definitely come again.

Beds and pillows could be more comfy. The matrass was too soft.

Everything was perfect, the location, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely recommend to friends and for sure we will go again in the future!

Service and food were fabulous. Everything spotless. No complaints. They let us have a late checkout to to my sudden health problem and everything was handled very professionally.

Everything was excellent as usual. This was our third stay. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Also recommend using the free train pass for worry free travel to Salzburg.

Beautiful Abtenau at the first place. Hotel has great location. Booking HB was a good decision as breakfast and dinner offers were great. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Bed could be more comfortable.

It is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful country setting, yet close to all attractions The food was great, the SPA fantastic and very clean, the live music at dinner was a great touch, and I have never seen a hotel that has prosecco coming out of a wall! :) The room was very nice. The welcome cake in the room and a farewell jar of homemade jam will make us remember this hotel with a wonderful feeling. It is a wonderful "Old world Austria" feeling that we enjoyed every minute!

We loved everything. Of course, free water at dinner will be appreciated but it is how it is in most of Europe. You pay for drinks at dinner and "coffee/cake time". So, for Americans: just be ready than beer and wine is cheaper than water there: and enjoy Europe!)))

Staff were exceptional. My luggage did not arrive at the airport and they were very helpful with letting me know where I could buy certain things. Very relaxing check-in, beautiful spacious room with a spectacular view, the spa and pool area was enormous and very quiet, so many ameneties I didn't even try them all. Free tea, water and fruit at all times of the day. Room service was fast, breakfast anything you could want or need and even had a 'late breakfast' until 2pm for grabbing snacks. Exceptional hotel and wonderful stay.

I don't think wifi was available in the rooms. Otherwise, cant fault the hotel at all.

We received a warm welcome, given secure parking for our bikes and invited to arrive first before worrying about taking up our luggage etc. There were some nice little welcoming details (no spoilers), and we quite enjoyed the 9-pin bowling room.

Very good choice for breakfast, very good dinners, calm location of the hotel, very friendly personnel.

Meals were fantastic. Great selection and well prepared.. Loved the afternoon apres ski snacks.
