The location, cleanliness and the staff relationships

Nothing all good, I enjoyed every minute of my time

I love our hosts, this is a family owned hotel and it shows. I felt taken care of and pampered whenever possible. The studio is clean, big and has all the necessities including AC (even though we tried not to use it too much). The room view is great & peaceful. The restaurants, shops and bus stop to Fira are nearby, which is very convenient. We were a few steps from the beach. I like the private balcony and wider communal area in front of the studio, which was mainly empty as all the guests seem to use it at different times. Our flight was late in the day and we were offered to take a shower and change at the hotel, which was very nice. This is our second stay and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. Thank you for making us feel very special. This was truly a home away from home to us.

As this was Kamari, you hear the planes landing. This slight inconvenience is nothing in comparison to all the great points mentioned above.

The location is A1, the fact that we could go to the amazing beach of Kamari right across the street was sincerely a big plus! The hosts were amazing, everyone went the extra mile to make us feel special and they exceeded our expectations. I felt in love with Kamari and Sol Mare Salis contributed greatly of my falling in love with the place. Will definitely come back if possible!

The apartments are very nice, in a beautiful location, right in front of the beach. The ladies there made us feel very welcome and comfortable, incredibly nice people and amazing atmosphere and environment.

There was nothing not to like

The place is convenient. Right in front of the beach and restaurants all over the whole strip. Also the bus that goes to fira and oia is conveniently located in the center.

place doesn't have a coffee maker.

Sol Mare Salis (Sunrise Studios) is located right across the road from Kamari Beach. The hostess Sofia was lovely and helpful throughout my correspondence with them and arranged my transfers from the ferry port and to the airport. The studio apartment was bright and breezy and fully fitted out to be self-catering. They even had a one plate stove, coffee maker, crockery out of sight in the kitchen cupboards. Sofia recommended the restaurant across the road and it was my favorite place to eat throughout my stay. The property has it's own holiday shop where you can stock up on beach essentials. I wish I had space for all the sun hats I wanted to buy.

I noticed the surrounding hotels had swimming pools in the small front yards, and this would probably be more useful than the loungers and cabanas out the front here. It would be great if the holiday shop also stocked water / soft drinks for guests or customers to purchase.

I enjoyed the sea view from the room, the room was cute and the stuff was very helpful.

It would have been very appreciated if there were sun beds for the guests on the beach.

Everything perfect

Place had a great location and the room was really charming and very comfortable.

Well - the cleaning personnel yelled at me for checking out of the room 20 minutes later which killed the vibe somewhat.

Sophia and Andrikou were perfect in every way. The property attracts so much photography because of its position and how lovely the building is presented, absolutely lovey. The rooms were cleaned every day and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.

There is nothing to dislike, its perfect.

Personel was super helpful and nice.

In our room the beds were awful and the bedrooms were in basement with no air conditioning and very unpleasant (hot and humid) air, so it was not enjoyable to sleep there at all. Additionally, as probably in all village - it is situated right nearby Santorini airport, so there is a noice from airplanes starting around 6-7AM.

Perfect Location. Just 50meters to the beach and taverns. The Host was very friendly and helpful all the time.
