The bed was lumpy. TV remote did not work properly. Very noisy.

It was clean and exactly what you should expect for the cost

I stayed in Shamrock Guest House a few times during my work-related trips. It has an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the town centre. It’s not luxuriously decorated, but it's very well equipped (fridge, microwave, etc) and super clean! The owner is so friendly and always tries to get me the best available room. I can highly recommend it.

Clearly had guests smoking in the building, which set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Smoke smell in the building was very strong and also came in through the ensuite too. Bed was also very bouncy so difficult to sleep in

Great price, smashing room, bed, pillows and quilt made me want to have a lie in. Owner pointed me in a pretty secure place to put my bike, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting me stay with you

train line 20 ft away bed so worn that it has deep in it smell of cannabis parking round the back in the dark alley that has no permanent lighting general feeling of place been council hostel

When it rained water flooded the bathroom they never cleaned the room.they did not restock the tea coffee etc.when I asked for a reduction in the room rate they said no.they did not even give me a clean towel .the one I had I had too use all week and started too smell fusty. I was disgusted with the 40 pound a night and with water coming through roof it could get into the electrics and harm someone
