The hotel is perfectly fine itself, a little dated but clean and comfortable and good value. The breakfast was also nice. The adjacent restaurant and pub are also very good and the food quality looked high.
The location isn't great for Laredo. It is on the outskirts of the city so not really within walking distance of it. It looks like it is a mainly residential area.

welcome was good as the receptionist remembered us from previous stays.Room was very clean,restaurant was a bit noisy with the local drinking at the bar. would like to see someone at breakfast so that they could help us to operate the coffee machine.

Family managed hotel and restaurant. We had a perfect stay, with my wife (gluten free) and our son (18 months). Rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped as a country hotel. Sureveillance cameras, propierty resident at the structure, restaurant with a full menu reach in meat, fish, vegetables and even pasta and rice. And the cook..... very professional! Nice list of wines!
We just passed 3 days.... next time, will book for a week!

The location of this fabulously quirky hotel is perfect for Santander Ferry Port! Our Ferry was delayed so needed a room, this hotel did not disappoint! We will be back

Location good for the ferry, the room was excellent, the bar and restaurant attached were great and there was another bar and restaurant over the road. The price was very good also.

location for the Camino del Norte was poor though the distance from the beach gave the impression it wasn’t too far

the receptionist was nice and welcoming.
the mattress was terrible. I only slept two hours. items on the breakfast buffet were quickly gone and not replaced. the restaurant Nextdoor , clearly part of the same business, overcharged us.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast. It is right off the South Camino and was convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

We were welcomed by a very friendly lady on reception. Room was clean and lovely and warm. Comfy bed and great shower. Great for an overnight stop when we are heading to and from the ferry to the UK. There are a couple of good bars/restaurants nearby.
Wifi in this particular room was poor. We have stayed in the hotel before and had no problem with the wifi.
New coffee machines ...not practical for a hotel breakfast room ...

Breakfast set out was ok but would have like to see staff present to at the dinning room. the restaurant access would have been better if it could be accessed from the main hotel not having to walk outside to get to it.

Had a lovely welcome from Javier. He explained everything very well. Excellent meal in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful with a good variety.
Nothing really. Directions via Booking.com link were terrible and I was concentrating on that so missed the hotel when we drove right past it!

Ideal location for the ferry from Santander. Extremely friendly and obliging. Let us check in late when our ferry was delayed. Lovely room with comfortable bed, great shower and good wifi. Breakfast is buffet style with loads of options and fabulous coffee. Will definitely stay again.
