The hills are too stiff , staircase only with a consideration of 3 stars hotel should have a minimum of complimentary, no complimentary coffee or tea, no hotel slipper, and no fridge or kettle in the room

The location is just a short walk from the old city and famous bridge. The balcony is awesome. Despite Mansion's central location, it was very quiet around.

The air conditioning was not working for some reason. Some people may not like a short steep hike from the old city. Also, there is no elevator in the mansion.

Shangri La Mansion is the place to stay in Mostar: The rooms are very nice and clean, the location ist perfect (only a view minutes by foot away from the Old Bridge), good to reach for motorcycles (you do not have to drive INTO the crowded part of Mostar), the view from the rooftop is amazing and the owner just makes sure that you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Beautiful Hotel in beautiful surroundings. The owner was so kind and attentive. He helped us with all our requests. The room was very big and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself is just a few steps from the old town, and I can highly recommend it.

the location and building are beautiful, the staff are very friendly

no minibar/restaurant, water would get cold very quickly. the rooftop is much smaller than in the pictures and food is only available for breakfast. Also bear in mind they don’t take card payment

We got a room with two single beds - but the hotel was fully booked and we were happy we got the last room!

Excellent location in Old Town Mostar, able to walk everywhere. We were greeted by the Proprietor who was most helpful throughout our stay. He took time to help us resolve a problem with our Bosnian cellphone SIM.

Even though we only stayed for a night, it was quite a pleasant stay because of its proximity to the old town of Mostar. It's ideal for light sleepers because the place itself is peaceful but one can reach the bustling heart of the city within a few minutes without having to sacrifice a good night sleep. Parking can be quite challenging in Mostar this is why we found it very convenient to have our own parking spot right next to the hotel. Would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting Mostar!

The host Nermin’s friendliness, his beautiful wife who was kind to us, and their absolutely stunning hotel filled with art, a garden, and rooftop terrace.

Can’t think of anything except maybe join with neighboring property owners to lay new paving on the hillside access road making it nicer for walking.
