Kind and helpful reception, they even arranged a 4.00 am taxi within minutes (we have informed before of the request). Location is good, really close to MetroC line which is really convinient (you can buy at the metro machine a 1.5€ tricket that lasts 100min on almost all transportation means) and there is a McDonald's just on the other side of the street. Small room (104) but cozy and comfy, enough for sleeping. There are bigger rooms.

Noizy area during night, our room faced the street so some noise pass-through the windows which can be annoying for a light-sleep person. Bathroom (104 room) is functional but needs a renovation. Daily cleaning should improve.

Rooms expecially bathroom needs renovation. Bed too soft, pillows to hard. Bathroom furniture needs replacing, (shelf was loose only had a screw to keep it up , couldn't place items on it as they slipped down) shower panels were only hanging on on hinge, hard to close and rusty...m

Very close to metro, nice cafes, piazza where families enjoy the nice evening's

The shower doors need fixing. A power soccer under the table was exposed. We told the office person but not sure he listened.

The hotel is very clean worth the money and Ola the receiptionist was the best very helpful and always there to help with requests, really helpful and always with the smile on his face

The place is good, I like it overall, good value.

They don't have dedicated parking place, but it wasnt hard to find a parking spot close to the hotel.

Please don’t even look at this hotel. I won’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. The receptionist guy “RAKI” was so rude and made me so uncomfortable. I totally didn’t feel safe.

I found the beds were very worn, I woke up with a back problem. I informed the staff. Staff were excellent.

Not a lot

The room’s wifi did not work, which was needed when booking flights/ferries. most of the lights in the room didn’t work nor did the power outlets when I woke up to find that my phone battery was dead. There was someone else’s hairs on the bed pillow upon check in, dust and hairs around the skirting boards unfinished tiling in the bathroom. The area feels very unsafe, I wouldn’t walk around at night.

The location was great! Metro station is across the street. Also MC Donalds is across the street.

The room that we got was very small, and when we opened the window the view is on building courtyard without daylight and terrace, so the light in our room must be on all day. Also, the door cant be closed without loud noice.

The noise of the surroundings

Is located a little bit away from the center, but has a really good connection by subway. Totally recommended since costed a way less than other hotels.

The walls are thinn and you can hear a lot of noise in the morning.
