Food variety was very good and tasty

It was a very relaxing stay, the staff was very kind and courteous and all the facilities were amazing. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back again.

It was neat and clean inside. Also food quality is really good.

Water in the pool was not so clean. Sauna was not ready even it’d been opened. Some service needs to be improved.

Its Clean and in good Location

Waiting time at the reception was too lengthy, had to wait for 45 mins to checkin my room, Overall even after booking my choice of room, they mentioned wasnt available… Had to wait long to get my choice of room i booked and paid.

Breakfast spread was good.

The hotel is too crowded for my liking, with big functions / events every evening. Food (room service) was disappointing both in terms of quality (too much oil in everything) as well as accuracy of delivery as per your exact order Parking is fine, if you are ok to give to the valets, who seem to be doing a good job. I drove up there in my new car and wanted to self park. There isn't enough parking for the size of the hotel and its events. Cars are parked all over the place including the ramps of the basement and all drive-ways. The basement was flooded with dirty water due to a leakage. The staircase to the basement was dirtier than what you would see in a train station these days.

Membership holder of swimming pool seems that they own this property .They donot have manners to communicate with guests.Hotel management must adopt some actions towards these kind of incidents or personals .
