The staff was very friendly, and the large oceanfront property is just beautiful!

The buffet could have been much better! The restaurants that required reservations were great. The fact that the Diet Coke was always out was a bit annoying.

Everyday there was something new that arose. So nothing went well.

check-in where they could not find our information only to realize that our reservation was actually over in the VIP section. We were given all our rooms only to learn that one of them was not in the adult building but the other two were. I had room Service member tell me that they couldn’t stock my room after I paid $300 extra to have the service. I also had another team member tell me that they don’t come to my building at all. I had to walk to where they were on the 2nd floor of building 7 to pick up my own requested items. Housekeeping did not replenish my towels. I had to call every night for towels and the one day completely stripped the bed just to have full replenishments. It still wasn’t done as it should have. Upon requesting items they only gave items for one instead of two people. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put my toiletries to bathe with everything everything went on the floor. The shower area did not have anywhere to hold supplies.. the room I was given did not even have a number on the door, so it was also hard for team members that worked there to find the room. The room I had was in building five on the fourth floor in a corner. We also tried to do waters sports and was never successful because the tide obviously was low, which we cannot control. However, the staff never had availability to get out on the water for activities at all. At one point we were told that there was no boats available because they were out doing credentialing so activities could not be done, and we kept coming back and requesting but nothing ever came of it . We tried getting rackets to play tennis and golf clubs for mini golf, and went to the attendants basically spun in circles by selling it from one person to the next we eventually just gave up. The servers in the designated restaurant were very manor and rude. They seemed as if they didn’t even want to be there at all. Awful.

Check in was beyond horrible no great service bad attitudes through out the resort , Especially the woman that was cooking the burgers and fries in the snack Bar area , Drinks were made very stingy and you would have to tip in order to get a good quailty drink and good service, Our room was dirty and shower and toilet was not working .. called several times for it to get fixed and was not satisfied at all no one came !!! There was a peronal towel on the floor that was from the person before us its like the maid forgot to look over the bathroom not to mention a screw was sticking out of the floor near the closet that we had to cover up because i stepped on it. complained to staff and was just brushed off. NO ONE GAVE A DAMN ABOUT US This place just like to take your money and be gone with it . The staff also was very unprofessional with the kids as well. No one even offered us a refund or something to compensate all these issues

My Check out time was too early I'm supposed to be refunded some money I was supposed to go to dunns river on the 24th of October but was never pick up .Chris was the tour guide he say he did contact you guys but I don't receive an email from no one. Could you please inform me how is my refund going thank you.

The small island is very interesting and we enjoyed it.

Old and loud AC. Open space without AC for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hot summer. The staff tried to charge me more for my daughter even though I had paid for the stay of my daughter with us. Staff seems not willing to help us.

The room is not cleaned properly, the Air con makes lots of noises on and off every 5-8 mins, the shower curtain in the bathroom doesn’t worth my money, it doesn’t look good, the mirror is filthy needs repair, and they close the pool too early.

The room was cleaned not even a bottle of water was in the room, it was my second time visiting this property in under 2 years and it very awful and distasteful I would never go back there or even bring my family again

The room needs to be updated, the food was disgusting, not much to chose from, the pool closes early for maintenance, at that point what should your guest do?

The resort offers a lively experience with a pretty beach and a long walk way.

The resort severely lacks in customer service. Check in to the hotel took an hour and the employees were unpleasant and looked very unhappy to check us in. the facilities were poorly taken care off. The bars had a nauseating smell to it which deterred us from hanging around. The bar attendants would ignore you until you had been waiting long enough and then would serve you an especially strong or disgusting drink, perhaps to deter us from getting more. The room was not cleaned and the floor was filthy, we were given dirty towels and then had to wait an hour to receive fresh ones. the air conditioning was not working in the room but with one night and going to sleep at 2am so we dealt with it. when I kinky told the front desk in the morning they said I had a lot of complaint and was absolutely rude

We really enjoyed our stay. There was good food awesome entertainment. Drinks were good and the place was clean. The staff was very nice and attentive.

The bathroom doors don't lock. The TV didn't work.

The staff were really nice, always checking if you need anything. The food was good, had a good variety. Loved that the beach was so close &. There was a little 'island'

Didn't like the fact they don't offer room service, but our room was close to the dinning area so wasn't too big of a factor.

The room I got needs an AC upgraded. It was very loud in the room it sounded like a big generator in the all night. I was disappointed with the fact that we didn’t get a refrigerator. The room was not properly cleaned the floor was very dirty and the sheets were stained.

If you're a tourist, they'll make themselves available and bend over backwards
