Shower didn’t work properly

Location.

The hotel is rather old; due for major refresh/refurbishment. Booking.com website info says payment to be made at premises and cancellation fee applies if no show. We did arrive IN GOOD TIME, check in and make FULL payment on the spot for our period of stay BUT hotel staff informed us that in addition a standard 1 day charge was also debited to our credit card as deposit??? (This is case by of no show, will take at least 2 weeks to be refunded and we have to monitor for it). Why the hotel cannot wait until guest no show before charging the 1 day cancellation fees to the credit card. As a result guest may incur exchange losses and have to make payment to the bank for card billing first.

旅行時は、かなり寒いのに、エアコンの温度が、 冷房しか出来なかった事。こんな設備なのに、費用は高すぎる。スタッフに相談しても、エアコンを切る以外に対応出来ないとの事。

Good location.

Room was very small - not enough space for luggage and stuff. No table. shower area very old - water kept going everywhere.

Room didn’t include breakfast, Location was up a bank street around a corner, it seemed like the tradesman’s entrance .. Check in staff were quite rude when asked about viewing the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Counter staffs very helpful and friendly. Great location just few minutes walk from Times Square shopping mall and shopping streets, and MTR, transportation wise convenience. nearby local foods dimsum, baos are great.

Housekeeping job not doing very well, staff will request to get in to tidy our room when we are still in the room. Shampoo toothbrush sometime did not replace, but old one which still using been threw away...bedsheet also did not change.

Booking/counter staff's behavior was not friendly and looked rude. The floor carpet was very old and not look fresh. Pillows of the bed were very old and not comfortable.

Die Lage ist gut, wenn man sich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Hong Kong bewegen will. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu Einkaufen und zum Essen. Wenn man sich in Hong Kong auskennt wie wir (wir haben mal 14 Jahre dort gelebt), dann ist es ein guter Platz, um alle notwendigen Erledigungen zu machen und um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen

Die Größe des Zimmers - wenn man mit 4 Gepäckstücken reist, dann ist das Zimmer mit dem Gepäck überfüllt, so dass man sich nur limitiert bewegen kann. Es gibt keine Schränke, in denen man seine Kleidung ausbreiten kann - es gibt nur zwei Kleiderhaken um sein Gewand aufzuhängen. Um Kleidung oder andere Gegenstände aus dem Koffer zu nehmen, muss der Koffer entweder auf die Fensterbank oder auf ein Bett gelegt werden. Es gibt keinen Tisch, an dem man sich mit dem Computer hinsetzen kann, um seine E-Mails zu lesen. Es gibt nur einen Hocker im Zimmer, der unbequem ist, man kann sich nicht bequem hinsetzen. Die Zimmergröße ist adequat für reisende Einzelpersonen. Das Waschbecken ist im Eingangsbereich - wenn es benutzt wird, dann ist eine zweite Person blockiert, um sich im Zimmer zu bewegen. Die Dusche ist mit einem Vorhang von der Toilette abgetrennt - die denkbar schlechteste Möglichkeit, um eine Dusche abzutrennen. Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsraum, in dem man sich mit einem Computer an einen Tisch setzen kann, um seine e-Mails abzuarbeiten. In der Lobby kann man sein Mobiltelefon oder seinen Computer nicht aufladen. Es gibt keinen Service, um ein Taxi zum Hotel zu holen - dafür muss man zum nächsten Hotel gehen und sich dort ein Taxi holen, mit dem man erst einen Umweg von ca. 3 km fahren muss, um zurück zum Hotel zu gelangen - kompliziertes Einbahnstraßensystem

the people that work there were so nice and helpful. I arrived very late and they were still extremely welcoming to me. the staff in the hotel buffet was the nicest man. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable in the dining room.

there was not a lot of light in the bedroom. I like to read before I fall asleep and it was very hard to read with the lighting. I also felt the location , while close to bus stops was not close to anything else I was doing there.

Staff is very friendly and helpful as they immediately assisted us with our room requests and even helped us with concerns not related to our booking. Check-in process was very quick as well. Wi-fi is strong and reliable in our room.

Room is quite small, though we understand the pricing and room limitations in Hong Kong. During our stay, there were no queen size beds so they put together two twin beds. As such, it would have been ideal to provide at least two additional pillows for me and my companion. It takes quite awhile to walk from the hotel to/from the nearest mall or train station. Upon check-out, the staff did not check our room to ensure that we didn't leave anything.

It’s like a back street hotel. The room was very very very small. Beds rock hard. Kettle takes forever to boil

they were quick and easy to check in, despite it booking a room at 3am.

can't really complain about the size of the room as its Hong Kong, and you get what you pay for.

location was good. MTR, convenience stores, mall, everything was on a walking distance.

wifi was terrible. It kept disconnecting and speed was also low when it connected. Room was a bit smelly. mattress was hard.

The check-in guy was so friendly.

None of the requests were met, like extra pillow, or late check-out. Have to pay for late check-out fee, which is fine but I have to ask about it the night before check out, then I was told I was not granted the request.

Tucked away in a narrow lane. Rooms and bathroom have no space, worse than a guesthouse. Rude staff and not willing to entertain any reasonable requests. Got multiple calls and knocks on the door for checking out 15mins later.

-it’s very dated - dirty carpet, dark wall paper -they pipe loud music in the hallways from 7:40am-10:30pm every day -the entrance is down a dark back alleyway and hard to find -beds are hard and uncomfortable
