Everything especially the location, literally a few minutes walk to the Sea Organ & Greeting to the Sun. Great location, very central to the old town but in a quiet peaceful area.

Location was great, right in the city center. At the reception was a very nice young lady who gave us directions and helped us with everything we needed, for instace - providing us with a flat iron when we asked for it. The apartment was nice and clean. We were able to leave our bags at the reception after checking out and come for them in the afternoon when we had our flight and we really appreciated that.

We didn't like the fact that the bathroom door wouldn't close. I think the problem was not new, since there was a small sack filled with pebbles there, near the door, that you could move to keep the door closed when using the bathroom.

The flat and the place was amazing. Directly in the old town, i loved it. The nice couple was very friendly

Facilities could have been better. The hairdryer provided was broken. Could have done with a couple more toilet rollls.

As others have said, the apartment is modern, comfortable and very convenient. There was also free parking behind the building. Old Zadar is small, so everything is close by from the apartment, including the sunset site. The owner also recommended a good restaurant run by 2 brothers that has a nice garden. We'd stay there again if we return to Zadar. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartments are up a narrow spiral staircase.

Room is smaller than I thought.

It might have been good to know about the switch for hot water. We didn't know this was a thing until being told about it at our next hotel. (We had a cold shower in the morning).

The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions about were to go in the city. The beds were comfy and clean and the free parking was useful.

Church bells are noisy but kind of cool too.

The location was great, so close to everything and nice to have a parking spot. We appreciated the early check-in and recommendations on what to do and where to eat.
