Nada, no servía el aire acondicionado y lo reporte y fueron hasta la última noche, no servía el teléfono y lo repararon el último día , alberca Sucia , comida muy fea, las fotos que ponen no es lo que te dan ahí es imágenes engañosas el precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen .

Todo es feo la recepción , la habitación muy pequeña y fea , sin clima sin teléfono , si comida fea y su alberca sucia

Dirty unusable pool (visible film of grime on surface, cloudy water and dead insects floating) cutlery at breakfast not clean, different gym facilities to expected. Overall, not great location and expectations given by website different to reality.

Great location in Centro, steps away from the market, shops, parks. The check in process was seamless. The room was large with a very welcome air conditioner. the bathroom was nice with a big shower. 20 minute drive from the airport.

The pool area was nice, the evening/morning shift was kind and the check in was smooth.

For a 4* hotel there are quite few things that needs to improved. Starting with the Valet Parking that everytime we needed to get the car out, the guy was looking annoyed that he has to do it, long faces and a bit rude. Booked a room for 3 persons, in the room there were only 2 towels, no hair dryer. I went to the reception to ask for one and they told me that they do not have at all, not acceptable for a 4* hotel. The night shift was suppposed to validate our VP ticket, he was laying on the couch playing on the phone, even when we asked he was bearly standing up. We gave up and said we will do it in the morning. We only stayed for one night, but still enough to be dissapointed.
