Nous sommes venus pour notre lune de miel et c'était absolument magique. Le personnel est au petit soin, l'endroit parait irréel tant il est sublime. Nous avons même été surclassés ! Merci énormément à Marion, très professionnelle et attentionnée. Absolument tout était parfait, c'était un déchirement de partir.

It did not exceed my expectations. The food was good but average the main restaurants and there was some service bewilderment.

The hotel and over-water bungalow views were stunning! We loved our time there. The Spa Service and facilities were awesome. The hotel staff was super friendly and they always helped us.

The food options are pricey, but even that I recommend the hotel experience.

Les restaurants trop chers L’emplacement isolé et la Navette fallait la Réserver et la payer on était un peu emprisonné - la navette devrait être gratuite et impossible de louer un vélo pour faire le tour de l’île

Everything was perfection, only the price is high end but still a recommendation!

The location, setting and facilities are amazing. The staff are fantastic and the bed was the comfiest I think I’ve ever slept in.

Food was average. We had much better on the main island.

Beautiful grounds and setting, very luxurious and staff all incredibly friendly. Unique place! Free chiller bottles to use and keep which was a great touch.

Sometimes a lack of clarity on pricing and not forthcoming with information about possible activities - e.g booked each of the 3 restaurants on each night and happened to book the restaurant with the Polynesian show but no advice that this was happening (or the price!). Would be good for concierge team to advise what is coming up given the days they know you are staying. Had to scroll through tv menu to find some of the info that was really useful - e.g brilliant in room speakers, fish food in shop to use in the in-room coffee table. Would be good if some of these things highlighted on check in.

Location is paradise. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Enjoyed having our own jetty to enjoy the sun and being able to swim into the lagoon from our villa.

Overpriced food and drink. They really charge as much as they can - 30 euros for a starter salad! 27 euros for basic cocktails. Food quality was fine but not amazing - although that is to be expected given the island’s location. Bathroom in our villa was quite dated. Didn’t enjoy the judgement from the older female waitresses when not ordering any expensive cocktails with dinner or only ordering 1 course over dinner. Almost like they were trying to shame you into spending more. Same thing with the ladies who come round the pool area asking if you would like a drink - almost sounding surprised when you say no!

Amazing overwater bungalow. It was spaced in a way we were able to have quiet, peaceful and private experience. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. House keeper and Room service staff were helpful and professional. Restaurant staff were helpful and kind. Good Breakfast buffet.

-no air-conditioned dining or lounging space. -limited restaurant menu when it comes to casual dining. Staff were generally nice and warm but one staff at bar and mini store were cold and not welcoming, -great and organized welcome for check in but not much service for check out. cart ride was not available to take us to the check out counter. It was uncomfortable to hang out in lounge in hot weather until boat ride in late afternoon. Air conditioned day room was available only 45 min before boat ride. Day room was small and had musty smell that caused sinus issue.

fantastic stay here, it elevated my overall impression and experience of Bora Bora. I love the spa. excellent massage and sea water treatment facilities. my stay in the hotel was one of a kind!
