The view was amazing!! right in the heart of the ocean square, perfect for walking up in the morning and having some serenity to yourself before the crowds. This hotel gives you water, and upon request even beach towels, it truly is a place I would go back. Also, they gave great advice about how to get around the city and options for luggage storage.

be warned there is a lot of stairs, but the property manager meets you at the station to help with your luggage and goes above and beyond to make sure your family is comfortable 😊

The owners are super friendly and gave us loads of recommendations and even came to get us from the train station. The location of this hotel is incredible, and the room was so big and modern for a hotel in Italy. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is very concern about guest comfort. They contacted us before the travel to give tips about the arrival and they met us in train station bringing to the room. The localization is very good!!

Just perfect in all the meaning of the word. We were met by a very friendly host Amy. She showed us the best way how to get to the apartment and it's only 5 min from the railaway station. It's located just next to the marina and the most indescribable place in Riomaggiore. The room was unexpectedly big with all you need. Everything is super clean and absolutely new. The price per a night was a bit more expensive than I expected but its definitely worth it. Highly recommend to stay in this place ❤️.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the station and over looking the water. Sandra and Andrea made our stay an absolute pleasure. Their communication was excellent, met us at train station, helped book us for an individual sunset cruise, dinner at Dau Cila restaurant ( right below and amazing) and helped store our bags for the day after we had checked out. They were genuinely warm generous and caring, made us feel we were staying with friends rather than at a boutique hotel. Room was very comfortable clean double glazed windows very quite. Highly recommend.

The view from the room was literally magical. You can feel the vibe that “you are IN Cinque Terre”. The hosts we extremely friendly and helpful to a fault.

While minor criticisms, (1) the EXACT meeting place to stop and park our car was less than perfect; the sketch of the traffic circle shown in the room’s info booklet should be sent to all guests in advance if they indicate they are planning to park their car. (2) The breakfast spot is a 10 minute walk from the venue, not exactly convenient (except if you plan on boarding the train without going back to the room).

A highlight of our month long trip to Italy - everything from the personalised service (we were met at the train station by Sandro, shown around town) to the stunning location to the way above average room. Being right in the heart of the harbour of Riomaggiore, it is an ideal location - buzzing for the most part, but also quiet during night ... and the main street is right there too, as is the ferry port and more wonderful restaurants than you could possibly try. The pizza place Sandro pointed our near the station was superb, as was the fried-fish takeaway. The town of Riomaggiore may be the first as you enter the Cinque Terre from la Spezia, but is our view it competed for one of the best. Alla Marina does too! Sandro also allowed us to store our bags, both on our first and last days, so we could tour without worrying about these. An awesome place, well worth booking.

Room was spacious, clean, good bathroom, and nice views.

If you’re arriving by boat, the steps up are pretty steep and intense. much better to arrive by train, which offers easy access from back street.

Nice room great view on the sea front.very helpfully staff.

Air-conditioning broken but informed before we went and did provide 2 good fan's.

The view from the rooms are incredible. The beds are comfy. Upon arrival someone from the hotel meets you and shows you how to get to the hotel. The staff were all insanely night and helped us with anything that we needed.
