Great lakeside location and we enjoyed the lake view from the room balcony.

The hotel rightfully claims to have an excellent wine cellar with the very good hotel restaurant. This was actually part of the reason why we chose the place. However, when ordering wine in the restaurant, we were informed that we could only order local wine from the region (part of a summer promotion celebrating local food and wine). While the focus on local produce is great, leaving no alternatives was a huge miss as we are not fans of the local wine and ended up spending too much on a very low quality local wine. Very disappointing.

The location is central and one can walk on the lake's shores from there. Many walks around, reachable on foot.

Last minute cancelation for the restaurant reservation (announced during check-in, for a reservation done a week earlier). The restaurant was the only reason we chose this hotel in the first place, for a birthday weekend. The reason put forward was the presence of a group and no alternatives were offered. Requested welcome basket for birthday was missing. Request to speak to manager was ignored, not even a note, no sorry card, nothing. Staff not taking responsibility, very disappointing. You can hear the TV from adjacent rooms

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have experienced. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were really helpful.

The amount of food which was served in the restaurant for the evening meal was really small, especially for the price. I thought that the price that I saw on booking.com was the price I would pay. I was really disappointed to find out that this price did not include local taxes and service costs, such as electricity.

The room was comfortable in terms of temperature and facilities. The location directly on the lake was amazing and the sauna area was very nice. Huge variety of items for breakfast. The hotel also noticed that it was my birthday and gifted us a bottle of wine in the room, which was a lovely gesture. The room was also upgraded for free.

It was a shame the Michelin restaurant was closed. The pillows on the bed were a little strange.

The rooms were well appointed, overlooking the lake, very quiet. BBeds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The balcony f´provided a great veiw onto the lake. Excellent value for the money

Unfortunately we could not secure a table at the restaurant, as we booked late in the day. But Staff was helpful to locate a table in another restaurant close by.

Pillow is little bit soft

The location was great and the restaurant at the hotel was very good for dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor bar and dining. The spa was very nice. It was also pet friendly!

The rooms we stayed in was little small which was no problem for us since we were not in the room much but there was no where to put your bags really. The breakfast food was not very fresh.

parking can be difficult, expensive hotel, bathroom was kind of part of the hotel room, very small toilett room, poor AC, poor sound insulation towards the street and between hotel rooms or hall way, couldn`d get the WIFI to work

-Location was really great, right by the lake and in the centre of the town. -Staff in the Pasta restaurant was also very friendly.

-Both restaurants were very booked out due to Corona and the Michelin star is closed on two days per week plus the Italian restaurant is also closed on the same day -Staff at the reception was not friendly -Value for money was very bad, too expensive for what you get -It is supposed to be a 4* hotel with a spa but there is no real spa, only 2 saunas and 1 infrared cabin, no pool, no resting area, nothing, was very disappointing -You can only come for breakfast at a given time due to Corona, which is understandable, but would have been nice to be informed in advance of the stay and having had the opportunity to book in advance because we had to have breakfast at 8am on the weekend!

Excellent location, perfect view to the lake. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, in a lovely restaurant.

Pur bathroom was in need of renovations. Room and facilities not particularly clean.

Beautifull location at the Bodensee.

The room was very small (closet like room) Parking was at the other end of the village and not secure but expensive.
