Clean , well maintained, pretty planted borders and green grass play area for children, near to the beach

In the kitchen the draining board leaked into the cupboard under it and behind the sink the seal was not effective and also leaked into the cupboard- not a big issue as we were there for a couple of days but with a longer stay it could become annoying. Both easy fixes so I suggest the owners fix it quickly, before the season gets busy.

Easy and quick to check in. Location is fantastic, just a short walk away from Pernera main street with lots of choices for food and drinks. Another short walk in the other direction takes you to one of my personal favorite beaches in Paralimni. The style of the apartment is old but it is very clean with big rooms and balconies. They also have a small swimming pool on site (I did not use this though). For what I wanted which was a clean space to shower and sleep at night, I thought it was great value for money.

Next time I stay, as I was travelling with my 2 year old son, I would ask if they had a room on the ground floor as stairs with buggy was a bit of a struggle, and also I felt the balconies were low down for young kids. I did not specify anything to the property when I booked though, so I can't complain.

apartment wasn't new but very clean and spacious and comfortable, you will get everything you need: equipped kitchen parking place, WIFI, swimming pool, smal yard with playground (great!). If you traveling with kids it is great place, but not only limited to families! Great place if you need a a bit calm environment. It is in quiet part of the city, close to the beach. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Shop is on the other side of the street, grill Restaurant too!

do not find really negative points. Maybe it would be cool to have grill on the yard

From the first to sadly yesterday last step to Maricosta apartments everything was more then perfect. Andreas is out of this world. You really get a feeling like you are at home. We also got a watermelon from his garden and strawberries. He also arranged us taxi to Larnaca airport. Do I need to talk about app? Yup... No... Everything is on highest level. We will be back to Maricosta next year... And not just for seven days. :-)
