The service from the staff at the Spa could have been better, took away the wine which was paid for even though still had half a bottle left, felt the staff were rushing us to get out

Very comfortable room with excellent service and communication. Ideally located for us to walk to the sights around Rome. The old elevator is a god send instead of hauling luggage up the stairs. The staff greeted us and highlighted sights on a map to giving us excellent bearing for our stay.

This hotel was beautiful, the staff greeted me instantly with smiles. The room was very clean and comfortable - I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend

The lift was a little slow, so occasionally opted to use the stairs from the third floor. A little noisy through out the day with construction. Unfortunately I was too slow and all the day spa/massage were booked out.
