Très bonne location saisonnière… FREDERIC est très gentil, plein de bons conseils concernant Tahiti mais aussi Moorea où nous sommes allés ensuite. La location est conforme à l’annonce: propre, fonctionnelle, le linge est fourni, il y a ce qu’il faut de vaisselle pour 4… et la vue est exceptionnelle !!! Vraiment rien à redire Location à recommander

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cute bungalow. It is only a few minutes drive from the main city Papeete. The bungalow is adjacent to the main home. It was clean and we loved sitting out on the patio where the views are amazing. It is the perfect setting for watching the sunset. Frederick the host was so welcoming and helpful. He was so willing to give recommendations of restaurants and sights. Even after our stay concluded he was still extremely helpful with advice for our travels to a separate island in French Polynesia. We would definitely stay here again.

Belle location avec vue sur Moorea superbe.!!! La piscine , nécessaire est très utilisée. !!! Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. Tout le nécessaire est présent. Je recommande fortement cette jolie location.

The owner of this property is in edible kind and helpful. Fredrick gave us a printed sheet of ideas of places to go after asking what we were interested in! He was very accommodating and the doggo and kitty on the property are super adorable and friendly!

Pourquoi choisir l’hébergement chez Elisabeth et Frédéric ? Simplement parce que comme les avis précédents le précisent il y a cette vue sur Moorea, mais aussi car l’on se sent chez des amis qui laissent des souvenirs à jamais, avec l’espoir de se revoir.

Joli bungalow confortable, vue impressionnante sur Nouméa avec très beau coucher de soleil et en plus un hôte très accueillant et très sympathique.

Booking online and communication with the owner was very easy. Directions to the property were excellent. There are two very friendly dogs and a cat. Puna'auia is a great place to stay only a few kilometers from the city and airport. Nearby there are great restaurants, a big supermarket and there is a 24 hour petrol station just at the bottom of the hill for everything you may need. Frederic is an excellent host and speaks English very well. He has great suggestions about where to go and what to see. This property has lovely views over to Moorea and we loved the views, the sunsets and the pool.

Trois excellents séjours dans ce petit jardin tropical. Notre hôte, Fred, se met en quatre pour nous être agréable. Cet amoureux de la nature et de la rando prodigue de nombreux conseils pour les escapades à Tahiti mais aussi dans les îles. La location est confortable et bien équipée. Elle bénéficie aussi de la fraîcheur des montagnes toutes proches, ce qui est loin d'être négligeable. Merci Fred pour ta gentillesse et ton hospitalité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A great location and close to the nice snorkelling beaches of Puna'auia. Always a bit nervous about staying at a hosted property, but this worked really well. Fred & Elizabeth were lovely and the bungalow is really it's own space. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 nights as a Family of 4. Frederic was easy to get a hold of to get directions to his place. He is also like your own concierge offering suggestions of what to do and where to go. Its exactly like it looks like in the pictures. It was great and affordable for 2 nights. The beds and pillows weren't the best for longer stays. The location offers great views up a winding hill. You really need a car here to access lots of restaurants and grocery stores within about 2km. I would stay here again.

Proche des plages, de Papeete et des commerces tout est à proximité et cela est très appréciable. Le bungalow est agréable et fonctionnel mais ce qui nous a le plus plu c’est la vue sur la mer et Moorea c’est à tomber! Nous avons fait de belles photos de coucher de soleil. .. Au début de notre séjour nous avons été gênés par le bruit le matin mais au bout de 2 jours nous n’y faisions plus attention. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Vue superbe, très grande attention des propriétaires, grand confort. L'absence de climatisation n'est absolument pas gênante, la situation en hauteur permet une bonne ventilation naturelle. La piscine est appréciable et l'équipement de la cuisine complet. Nous y retournerons !

The property matched our expectations based on the description and photos on the website. It worked well for two couples for a few days. The location had a great view and was close to the PPT airport, the town of Punaauia, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and greeted us when we arrived.

We enjoyed this comfortable location high in the hills above Punavai Plains & excursions along the west coast. There's surprisingly decent snorkeling off PK 18 & Manava Beach (public parks). Hosts take care to give you absolute privacy - very considerate. 3 pets in the household so best if you are an animal-lover! Also, if you are renting a car, consider an automatic as the steep access road is challenging with a standard transmission. Otherwise, highly recommend this lovely place. Four occupants stayed four days following a cruise. A bit tight but the rental fit our needs and my wallet. Located away from the city (say a 15 min drive) yet close to the beach, shopping, French bakery (sooooo good). Car needed to access to the home. Owners on property (Frederic and Elisabeth) were tremendously helpful acquainting us to the area, suggesting activities, restaurants and excursions. The pics speak for the view, the island looming in the distance as seen from the pool deck. The pool provides relief from the heat and humidity. These are not five-star hotel digs, but this comfortable place was all we needed to enjoy a few more days on this lovely island. A few hints- Rental car- EcoCar, just off airport, easy to work with- delivered car to cruise area, dropped me at airport. Electrical plugs- European. Bring adapters. Cell service expensive! Turn off cell data the entire time you are here. Free WiFi on property.
