The condo and location were great— just as pictured. The internet was clearly split among way to many units, and it would rarely even load a basic website (much less let you watch a show on Netflix). The unit should not be advertised as having internet because it literally does not work— we had to create hot spots with our phones to google local hikes, etc. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay.

Very quiet and comfortable. My only issue was that even though dogs are allowed, it was not stated where our dog could use the bathroom. Beach is off-leash for dogs! We had a great stay here and will be back again.

Great location! Quiet town, walkable to the beach, coffee, golf, & McMenamins. Memory foam bed, can’t complain. Only odd thing is the entry door is shared with neighboring unit so bringing in luggage was a little tricky but not too bad. Place is dated, could use a new sofa not the most comfortable. Also could use a nicer bed spread (alternative fluffy down would be nice) just a few suggestions to make it cozier. Gliding chair was comfortable though liked that with the ottoman. We ate out, so didn’t use the kitchen much but if we did it had all the things to make cooking very easy to do. Stocked up well. Fireplace isn’t a real one it is electric. GREAT ocean and wheat field views! Very peaceful and restful place! Thank you for sharing your home away from home!

Great location. Place had all of the essentials needed for a quick stay. Only holdback was that the towels/pillows etc could do with being updated.

The cabinets! We stayed here before and a cabinet had a problem which I was initially blamed and charged for . The charges were resined rightfully so. So you can imagine my fear when opening one of the cabinet doors and a screw falls on the counter. The cabinets are unbelievably bad! Otherwise great although none of the basic condiments present (salt). Otherwise love the condo. Thanks!

We enjoyed the view and the option to walk to the beach. We found the place to be quiet and had a group of elk greet us when we came back one evening.

We arrived to a dirty condo. The bathroom was dirty, looked like they put clean towels out but that’s about it. The shower curtain was moldy and the toilet was dirty. I could go on. We contacted the management company and was told they where sorry and would bring a new shower curtain and asked if we wanted the bathroom cleaned. I told them I already cleaned it. They brought a curtain, not a liner (pictured sent to them was a moldy shower liner. I should of said liner.) I tried contacting them again, and was sent a message saying their local team would fix the issue. They did not get back to us after that. We ended up buying a shower liner, and bath mat (there wasn’t a bath mat.) The main floor hadn’t been swept either. There was dog hair everywhere, even on the stovetop. Dried dog urine in front of the couch. Again, I could go on. We spoke with the general manager of the rental company and was refunded our cleaning deposit. The bed was also terrible. It’s a platform bed with mattress topper that came to my knees, I’m 5’3”. When you laid down you felt like you where laying on the floor. We also purchased a new mattress topper, but didn’t help at all. The longer we where there the grosser we felt and would never stay again. We did end up leaving early because it was so uncomfortable and felt dirty the hole time. Needless to say, the place needs deep cleaned and a new mattress! The only good thing was it’s a good location and walking distance to the beach.

The location and access to the beach is unbeatable. The lights in the living room do not work making it very dark at night - tried to call properly management but no response. The bed is not super comfortable. Screen door is hard to move and blinds done work well on the slider door. Overall a good stay but improvements could be made.

Love the location and quietness of this condo. Great shower! We chose this condo because we travel with our dog. The only negative is the renter next door(#204) refused to put a leash on their dog or clean up after it. Rules are posted everywhere too. We were both there for a week and my dog was leashed and cleaned up after.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and perfect for the two of us and our dog. Would highly recommend this unit.

This was a great location in a quiet area. The unit was clean, kitchen was well appointed, and we really loved our stay BUT 10 nights on that mattress was rough. That was our only knock on this place. The memory foam topper needs to go and be replaced with a decent mattress.

This is a very comfortable and well-stocked unit, in a restful location.

There’s easy access to the beach (however if you have dogs you’ll want to go one block south to the access ramp for cars and then turn south when you get on the sand so you can avoid cars on the beach).

Overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay. I was there during the week in winter, so I didn’t have any problems with noise from neighboring units, which were all empty.

A few things to note:

--The heater fans and fridge are noisy.

--The wi-fi is slow and unstable much of the time. I had two Zoom meetings and had problems during both with freezing up or losing the connection. I looked for the router to see if getting closer would make a difference but I couldn’t find it, so perhaps there is a shared system for the complex.

--The instructions for parking need to be clarified. Parking spots that don’t have unit numbers are either marked “Reserved” or “Oceanside” and there’s no guidance on which ones can be used by renter’s extra cars.

--Two of the light switches need to be replaced….they either didn’t work or the light flickered. One is by the stove and controls the living room light, and the other is under the sconce as you come into the living area.

I have to commend the Vacasa people for their help in changing my reservation location just one day before I was supposed to leave. The wait time on the phone was a bit long but once I was connected they took care of what needed to be done.

What a comfy cozy condo! My hubby, pup and I stayed for a 4 nights over Christmas and felt right at home in the condo! It was sooo clean, warm and inviting that we would most defiantly want to come back to stay. Our only complaint about this unit was that the memory foam bed needs to be replaced stat. We walked into and you can visibly see the bed slopes to the middle. Then the memory foam sucks you in and its very hard to adjust sleeping position as it takes it awhile to reform. 2 nights would be ok in this but the 3rd and 4th night we both were getting aches and pains from it. Owners please replace this bed and then this unit would be sheer perfection! Thank you for sharing it and also for letting our pup stay!

Well equipped, pleasant, unit in this condo building that is mostly seniors. You can see the ocean and hear the waves. It was a real plus to be able to bring our dog. Easy walk to the beach, but be careful of the speeding vehicles that are allowed on the sand. We went during the middle of the week so there were less people. A storm with 70 mph winds greeted us, and we had to brace the screen door because it kept hitting the glass door making a horrible knocking noise. However, we stayed warm and dry while we watched and waited for better weather. You do need to know that this unit requires a second, signed hard copy rental agreement that is identical to the one you check and agree to when booking. This hard copy, signed rental agreement has to be sent back to Vacasa before your rental is finalized; thus the 4 stars, not 5.

Very clean and well appointed home away from home. We enjoyed the bright and tidy unit. The walls are a little thin so we could hear the guests next door but other than that, it was perfect! Loved hearing the waves while relaxing in the living room and patio. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends.
