Lovely French breakfast homemade jams, lovely French stick and crossant, fruit juice and coffee.

We were in despered need for a accommodation during our short road trip in France. It was already very late and all other hotels were either closed or fully occupied. Thankfully d'Amiens was answering our needs and were able to accommodate us within such a short notice. Monique was so helpuf and waited us even when our arrival was almost midnight. Hotel is so wonderful old house and I definitely want to visit this place also in summer. Breakfast with home made jams were so delicious. Thank Monique you so much!

Small difficulties on understanding because we don't speak french, only english - but all went still well :) Also parking facilities and road to destination were a bit small for a truck/lorry as what we were driving.

Breakfast was lovely, and plenty of it. The house was in a rural and very peaceful location

Being misled into expecting to be able to pay by credit card. We were asked to pay by cash and had to use all that we had left to do so. This left us short for the remainder of our journey. Our booking confirmation clearly states 'this property accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard'.

The property is certainly very picturesque - the positives stop there.

If you are considering staying here read the good AND the bad reviews. The bad are entirely valid although you may stay, without dinner, and feel it was a good stay..... with a somewhat eccentric host.Contrary to the detail supplied the property does not have a pool, the owner does not speak or chooses not to speak English, and payment must be in cash (do not expect a receipt) Like others we waited a half hour to be shown our room after a long journey whilst the owner fed her chickens and leaf blew the drive (achieving little more than covering our car with dust). We were not ourselves subject to outright rudeness but witnessed it to others who arrived after us and had the timerity to ask some perfectly reasonable requests. We were asked if we would like dinner and gratefully accepted as the property is some distance from town. This turned out to be two course supermarket fare, which along with two bottles of rose wine (4 euros 50 from Carrefour) cost us 100 euros. We therefore left feeling completely ripped off! We have queried the bill by email but have not yet received a response. We would certainly NOT recommend this accommodation and advise Booking.com to check the statements made on its facilities.

It is a fantastic place, so clean and tidy. Monique was the perfect host. I would recommend this place to anybody. The rooms were exquisite beautifully presented. Merci Merci Merci.

it was a charming property in an idyllic situation, surrounded by lovely green countryside.

The first room we stayed in was slightly on the small side.

The owner was lovely and nothing was too much trouble even down to a bottle of wine in our room when we got back. The room was lovely and very comfortable with beautiful views. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area and would highly recommend

being English we like milk with our coffee non in the room. Would have liked breakfast at 8am as had to be on our way, but was told had to be 8.30

Nice cottage in a quiet countryside. Large comfortable rooms overlooking the well-kept garden. Nice hostess. Very nice interior of the whole house. Tasty breakfast.

No restaurant to eat in the evening. It was however possible to eat something but after a day driving, I would have liked better a true meal.

We arrived a bit early but sat in the wonderful garden while we waited to check in. Comfortable room, breakfast was very nice with homemade jams and cake.

We would have liked to have breakfast earlier as we had a very long journey ahead.

Monique is a lovely host and we had a great stay with her on our way further south. The table d'hote when we arrived and the cider were good options.

The owner asked us if we wanted to join dinner. The food was decent and it was a big plus that we didn't have to look for a restaurant.

The was not much choice in drinks for us and the kids.

Delightfully tucked away, lovely garden with interesting hens running around. The room was clean, charming with everything you need. Delicious French breakfast .

Because of the rural location, there was a short drive to the restaurants in town.

Such a beautiful place to spend time in the country! Great homemade breakfast. Very beautiful grounds. Perfect for families.
