Location was very good. just step out and Fengjia night market is at your doorstep. breakfast was also decent spread.

Bed was a bit hard and they provided only 2 pillows. This may be sufficient for some people but we are used to having additional pillows or bolster to sleep. Lobby is on the 12 floor, thus small entrance at the ground floor.

Hotel is very near to Fengjia Night market and there are a couple of convenient stores nearby.

Great location, just next to one of the entrances to Feng Chia Night Market. But quite far from most attractions in Taichung. Room was also spacious with lots of space available for 4 adults (we booked the family suite). Breakfast had a good spread of western and Chinese options. Parking is also available in the basement, subject to availability. Parking attendant does a fantastic job at providing instructions to park your car in a narrow space

Only 2 lifts available, which may take a while during peak periods. Check in counter is located on the top floor. Directions to laundry room is also not clear, requires you to cut through a service stairwell behind a hidden door.

Pleasant stay! Very convenient location in centre of Feng Jia market, Friendly staffs with excellent services. Definately worth staying regardless for family trip or outstation...

Not much facility...laundry bay hidden at 1 corner of level 8, wasn't too convenient if people want to wash clothes at night.

Location is fantastic, this is our second time at Beacon, the rooms are pretty good and comfy and you are right next to Feng Chia nightmarket.

This might be just a bit of an issue for me, but the smoke detector in the room has a very bright blue light which made it hard to get sleep. The bigger issue was the fire stairs, after checkout the lift was very busy so we decided to use the stairs, but after you get down to level 5 (first floor of the hotel) you've basically nowhere to go, so we had to walk back up to level 7 before finding an unlocked door and had to get the lift.

The car park is shortage, you can park outside but only 100 NT dollars subsidy.

The location is excellent for the night market tour. The breakfast was great. Recommended for a short stay.

The room is a bit small If you have big luggage you might need to reconsider. The parking space at the hotel is limited. You'll have to walk 8mins to another parking ground.

Location is convenient, as it's just beside the night market, however for those looking for a decent restaurant would be challenging.

The lifts waiting time was extremely long. Need to seriously review and improve the lifts operation.

Excellent location. Right in the midst of Fengjia night market. Right at the hotel has Macdonald's, Watson's and drug/beauty stores. Very convenient

When it comes to peak period with a lot of hotel guests one can wait up to 15mins for the lift. There are only two lifts serving the 12 floors. Lack of breakfast choice as mainly are local food.
