La atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, la ubicación del hotel es fantástica y tiene estacionamiento techado.

Creo que le falta mantenimiento a algunas áreas, en mi habitación la puerta del baño se veía descuidada

El restaurante muy lindo y la alberca. .

La limpieza del baño muy mal. A las toallas les falta desmancharlas y algunas cambiarlas porque están muy desgastadas.

Personal sehr freundlich und stets bemüht.

Die Matratzen sind unbequem und es raschelt, wenn man sich bewegt. Fleckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir mussten warten, weil das Zimmer noch einmal kontrolliert wurde. Trotzdem waren danach keine Handtücher da. Wasser fließt beim Duschen schlecht ab.

Staff were amazing, so friendly, so helpful and welcoming. Hotel was in a good location Comfortable enough for one night. Good value for money. Was awesome to have the buffet breakfast included.

Rooms did not have external windows.

The parking garage was very good! As a hint the entry is on the backside.

The room was old no decorations on the wall, the bathroom needs also some love. The picture in the portal is not real. The hotel has no elevator.

Die Nähe zum Hafen ist perfekt. Man kann sein Auto geschützt unterstellen. Gegen Gebühr auch mehrere Tage (falls man nach Belize fährt) Das beste Frühstück was wir bis dahin hatten. Großer Pool und Sportbereich. Das Personal spricht fließend Englisch

Das Bett hat eine Folie unter dem Laken und ist dadurch sehr laut Leider kein Kühlschrank. Abends muss man den Vorhang runter machen sonst sieht man durch die Scheibe alles.

La ubicación, el personal y las instalaciones. Fue una buena elección. Por supuesto que regresaría.

Quizá daría un poco de variedad a los desayunos. Con un poco de imaginación se puede dar variedad de manera económica.

It was in an ok location and you could walk 10 minutes to the ferry. Staff were kind

The pool was weird, indoor without any sun loungers. Breakfast was strange and not that appetizing. Rooms were small and there wasn’t any space to put our clothes

Location is great and parking lot is very practical nd easy to access.

Bathrooms in terrible condition, bedding worn down and in need of replacement. Dirty pool.

It’s was family friendly, and very clean.

There was no gym.

Location night life was good. Pool was good size

Excellent location!staff was accommodating.

The stench of sewer in the rooms and the fact that we had major issues with flushing the toilet.Also the wifi don’t seem to work well in portion of the building.We were unable to get wifi in one of our rooms.On top all that,they decided that they will remove a part of the old roof one morning and had particles flying over the pool and the verandah.It smelled like fiber glass but not sure what it was.the room and beds were a bit smaller than other hotels.Breakfast is scheduled for 7-11am,we got there 10am and there was barely any food left so we had to leave and find food elsewhere.

LOCATION IS GREAT

8 PM IS TO EARLY TO LEAVE THE POOL, AT LEAST TILL 10 PM SHOULD BE ALLOWED. BATHROOM IS TO HOT, OPEN VENTILATION DOES NOT PERMIT AC CIRCULATION NO ELEVATOR !!! AND STAIRS ARE UNEVEN IN EVERY STEP. IF YOU ARE A TALL PERSON WATCH OUT WITH YOUR HEAD AT FIRST STEP !! ROOMS ARE REALLY SMALL. THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS FOR THAT PRICE

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the curfew of the time for the pool.
