The location was superb, our cabin was right on the beach, we love it!

We had a very serious family emergency and we had to rush home to be at a hospital bedside for days. I Emailed and tried to explain the situation thinking under the circumstances we could reschedule or perhaps get a refund. They wouldn’t even take my calls and their emails back to me were extremely short and rude. Absolutely disgusted with how we have been been treated in a time of need.

Cleanliness was terrible this time! Toilet smelt like urine. Cutlery tray was filthy. No spray and wipe to clean down areas.

being two couples we booked and it clearly stated two double beds, however that was not the case it was one double and two singles

windows / sliding door were dirty for a outlook to the ocean. my wife had to clean these upon arrival. appear to be some time since they were clean.

View and access to beach was awesome. Easy to access park and park car next to chalet. Lot's of activities to do around Albany.

Felt that the chalet wasn't clean on arrival as it required a sweep and mop (had to mop 3 times before water was clear). Common room in park area was great but activities were broken or needed repair.

Read the fine print, this is a non smoking holiday park. You will need to walk out to a segregated smoking area or be evicted. Made it difficult to sit and relax with a late afternoon beverage at the chairs outside cabin.
