There’s no public transport to the hostel, so if you doing have an car then you should walk for 3.5 miles.

Warm welcome, cosy place and an amazing view. Lot of informations about wildlife in the living room. I loved this place!

not long enough stay

Good sized family room, we enjoyed the Flair, it feels very homely, the staff been very friendly and warm and shared vast knowledge of the area. Kitchen has all you need to cook up a feast, dining room is really cosy In comparison to other hostels we basically didn't hear any noise from other guests although we were close to the lounge, entry and reception!

We would have loved an earlier checkin but it was all as described and we understand. Otherwise really nothing to complain about

The location is great! Just down the road from a lovely beach. We were doing the NC500 on motorcycles. The staff at the hostel were fantastic and went out of their way to help us when we lost a key to one motorcycle. Can't recommend them enough.

Location, Gairloch area is beautiful especially the sea. Our view was ok but views from the landing were wow. Very good cooking facilities. Id come back. Top tip Great cafe at the nearby campsite. barns sands cafe, very nice food of restaurant standard.

very clean tidy, loads of quiet space , exceptional helpful cheerful staff and travellers of my own interests and ideas and age !

A great location with really good staff. The common room area has a lovely view out to sea. Plenty of comfortable seating.

Not hostels fault but .. a somewhat inconsiderate group took over the communal kitchen for a blog-type of session totally ignoring other users. (Landrover + trailer group shame)

Cramped shower was the only minor problem.

We can't stay during day time. Have to leave compulsorily.
