Kind people in the reception and very helpfull

Don't do the same mistake as we did. It started with the check-in. They didn't know about us and it was so hectic. Some old lady took my phone and started calling spanish numbers. After 30 minutes, we finally got our room. The room was ok, but the lock wasn't working properly. But still, it was an experience. :D

The friendly attention and care of the staff. They phone us to offer a room that is good value and showed us another room to choose what we like!

The bathrooms have no soap to wash your hands.

The place itself was really nice, had a small balcony too. Very clean and in a great location for setting several places of interest.

No toilet in room and wi-fi signal was weak.

I usually don't give such bad reviews but this place really deserves it. I'll tell you my experience, or more, my nightmare: -On the arrival there was no parking in the street, as indicated in their webpage. I had to look for a parking for 45 min, finally parked 1km away in a payment parking. - we eventually get in the building, our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator (not a big deal, but after a long day and having parked 1km away wasn't the best). -we arrive on our floor and there were clothes hanging on the windows, seemed like someone was living next door; - the room: extremely hot with a/c not working in the first place (had to call the owner and move the batteries then it worked. the sheets of the beds were dirty, the general state of the room quite dirty. -bathroom (shared): the flush was broken and the neighbor (possibly the same of the clothes) left some nice souvenir waiting for us. Called the owner who tells me to use the one downstairs. Same story, broken but also extremely tiny. NO toilet paper in both. Finally I decide to go in the third one at 1st floor. I enter to check the status of the toilet and a quite old man with a face of a ghost appear and murmurs something in spanish, enters careless in the toilet and starts making animal calls. So I go back to the second floor's toilet still without toilet paper. I then decide to use the shower which was quite dirty and DIDN'T HAVE SHOWER PRODUCTS AS INDICATED, but had no choice. - bed time: I slept with a spare towel I had with me in order to avoid to touch the sheets. -next morning: ran away asap. I'd consider myself lucky if I didn't catch deseases.

Good location and good price. Nice room, clean.

Would be good to have shampoo or shower gel.
