The ski school staffs are very nice. Our coach Aki is lovely, thank you, you made us want to ski more.

The food is very so so and very expensive. Understand it’s due to the crab legs and sashimi sushi, but for winter, not everyone can take such cold food and rests are very bad quality.

Our reservation for the Italian restaurant was cancelled by the hotel because of a Rotary meeting.

The hotel is quite isolated in a quiet, peaceful and beautful environment, yet still easily assessible with our rental car and not too far from the famous attractions. Rooms and cacilities are clean and well managed.

Not much to complain about.

Ambience, Superb view, mental relaxation Special mention goes to the few lady Reception Staffs who professionally check us in and took extra attention to ensure my pre-purchased Shinkansen tickets (Hakodate Hokuto > Tokyo on 18 May 2023) were dutifully delivered to the hotel. kudos for the fine efforts. keep it up and we will be back soon
