Location very central Size was amazing

This is a residential building, and so the neighbour below does not like kids walking or chatting. He left a note on our door about the noise day 1 and then came up to our room on another day to further complain. DO NOT stay here if you have kids. There is no warning stating this before you book. It was very uncomfortable knowing i had to be paranoid on my holiday, hoping our little kids didn't disturb the angry man below. I would not have booked had i known and the notes from the host in the apartment when we arrived warning us of the neighbour would have been helpful before i booked so i could of chosen a more suitable place to stay for me and my family. I basically paid to stay at a place so i can be really stressed and paranoid on my holiday.

Era un barrio tranquilo, el piso era amplio y cabíamos todos los que íbamos. La atención de la persona que nos recibió fue buena, a pesar de no hablar español, puso todo su empeño en que nos entendiésemos.

La limpieza del piso era muy mejorable, así como la limpieza del menaje de cocina. Las sabanas de una de las habitaciones tenia manchas de sangre ya seca. Solo nos dejaron un juego de llaves a pesar de ser 2 familias, lo cual nos condicionaba cuando teníamos que salir. El armario de otro de los cuartos tenía las puertas descolgadas y para conseguir que se mantuvieran cerradas, debía echar la llave, la cual a su vez se caía constantemente al suelo, al tener la cerradura en muy mal estado. Por último, nos cobraron la tasa turística, pero no nos facilitaron ningún recibo en relación a esto, por lo que no tenemos comprobante de que el dinero que entregamos en efectivo se haya utilizado para tal fin. En general no nos hemos llevado buena sensación del piso.

Spacious, clean, quiet building, good area close to the Termini. There was staff there to receive us. Easy check in and check out.

The air conditioners in most rooms aren’t good enough.

Location and excellent facilities. Close to railway station but quiet. Brilliant bakery and deli just up the road too. Large supermarket 7 mins walk away.

Because it is on the 4 th floor a long haul up steps but there is a working lift which takes one person at a time.

Big old property. Close to termini station. big rooms. 3 bathrooms. big kitchen and we’ll equipped.
