Lovely rooftop terrace

To access the heating/air conditioning control you have to pull a chair over to get up on because it is on the ceiling. And this in an accessible room! Things that were not ideal for an accessible room: the bed is very high for a person in wheelchair to transfer to, the shower head was not able to be lowered, the shower chair should have a higher backing

Big rooms, very comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind.

Needs some refreshment. We booked rooms with balcony but got rooms without.

It's a very nice hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The food at the restaurant was great!

Not all amenities were available the night we were there (Sunday). Staff at the restaurant were friendly but should check to see if anything else is needed after serving the food.

Very comfortable and tranquil stay in beautiful Vicuna. Great breakfast selection. Super helpful staff! We also paid extra for the jacuzzi, which was perfect after a day of biking - moon and stars were out!

They closed the rooftop bar and restaurant without notice or explanation. Staff acting like robots, giving generic answers/justifications. The jacuzzi requires 15000 pesos to be used. The lil' surprise of VAT excluded...

Breakfast was low quality, furniture and deco on the room old, not as clean as expected A 4 star hotel should have a restaurant. It looked old, like it was a great hotel 5 years ago

Bellas instalaciones, limpio, central

The location in central Vicuna was nice. The hot tub on the roof top was incredible and the bar area was really nice. The room was very spacious for two people. They did a good job with breakfast given the COVID restrictions.

They didnt clean our room often (but when they did it was great!). The food at the restaurant was very limited and not great. In fact in Vicuna itself not many options for food / dinner. The hotel is old, hasnt been maintained well. It says it is a 4 star hotel but without any of the 4 star features.

Very nice personnel, as I had the son of a Chilean friend with me without an official authorization, the chief director took care about this situation and contacted the father; resultr was everything was okej! Muchas gracias senor :-) The Hotel itself was very good, spacy room, perfectly clean and comfortable. Safe parking and quiet room, walking distance to the main place Plaza de Armas etc. warm regards from Europe :-) Manuel & Martin

Well, I do know coffee is usually Nespresso in Chile (bad enough as it grows in neighboring countries) but this coffe for breakfast was so thin, just not drinkable grrhh, really not a big deal but could be improved easily, please do so por favor esp. in a 4**** resort, regards Martin
