Highly recommend this property! Photos are accurate and the home is actually better than photos in person. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens The location is an easy walk to best restaurants and bars as well as river access and hot springs.

Adorable cottage with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. We were very comfortable and had a very relaxing quiet few days. Loved the little town of Saratoga. Don’t miss the Hot Springs! Great choices of restaurants and very friendly people.

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in after a day of snowmobiling. There is great trailer parking available off to the side of a quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils.

Enjoyed family and the nearbye hot springs. Cooked multiple big meals for the family in a very well setup and beatiful kitchen while we rang in the new year.

The property is easy accessible, walking distance to restaurants etc. Easy check in and check out process and very clean.

Very impressively equipped kitchen, supplies and condiments. Comfortable beds. Clean, front porch and yard enjoyable. Accommodating host. Neighborhood was a bit industrial. Here are some recommendations about decor that was off putting - recommend you just go with clean surfaces: 1) Eliminate unnecessary excess! Not every surface needs to have something on it. Simple is better. Too much is too much. 2) the gold-sprayed moose antler on a fuzzy mat in the middle of a fantastic freestanding work surface in the kitchen. Ew. The work surface is great-more appealing and useful if nothing on it. Nice kitchen! 3) fake sunflowers in living room; glittery fake pumpkin - at each each end of the sculpture table behind the couch. Detracts from and cheapens everything nice about the place. 4) trays of ‘stuff’ on other tables/hearth - circular orbs in front of fireplace prevent one from standing in front of fireplace, if it were on. Tray of smaller orbs on small table set back from fireplace take up flat surface space. That cleared small table would work better in front of couch with some coasters - a place to set tea/coffee, book, laptop, etc.Unnecessary fake sunflower. 5) Artificial wreaths: unnecessary. On the front windows outside, over the bench nook in liv room, over the the upper bunk bed. Again simple/clean look is better. 6) too many pillows on the bench - remove antlered dog in same area. Too much decor - not needed and doesn't add to the appearance of the place.

This home has everything you could ever need or want in a home!! Fire pit wonderful on a cool beautiful night. Kitchen is so equipped with amenities. Bedrooms are spacious & beds are so comfy. Living room feels like you are in your own home. Washer & dryer if you need it. Jon is very thoughtful & responds to you quickly if you need him. Walking distance to the hot springs & restaurants. We will definitely be back!! It’s a home that you will never forget & will be telling your friends about it if they vacation in Saratoga. Thank you again for your hospitality 😊😉

Great property and owner. Right in the heart of Saratoga and walking distance to the hot springs, N Platte River and Wolf hotel. I had not returned to the woodchoppers jamboree since 1981. Had a great time and enjoyed staying here very much! Wonderful well equipped kitchen, immaculate bedding and towels. Newly remodeled. A home that was likely built over 100 years ago looks like it could be on HGTV. Great clear communication with Owner.

Great location and fantastic backyard- especially with children

The house was extremely clean and just as described in the listing. Close to the river and the hot springs. Yard is beautifully maintained. Enjoyed the fire pit and the kids enjoyed the swings. Easy to communicate with owners. Great shopping and eating. We only had one issue and the owners took care of it asap. We will definitely be doing this again.

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beds were super comfy and the atmosphere was comfortable. We appreciated being able to have our Boxer stay with us. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a super cute little house for our first visit to Saratoga. It was cold and at times snowy but the house was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities to stay in and cook but we also walked to the town center for a few meals. And the fenced yard was a plus for our furry family member. Would stay here here again!

This is a great location to hot springs, shopping and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need was supplied in the house. We cooked at home a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. Super cute & comfortable house!

Traveling with three teenagers. This place was spacious, everyone had their own quiet place. The yard is big , next time we stay I hope we get to enjoy it. Short walk to amenities downtown restaurants, shopping etc.. The hot springs is only a few blocks away

My granddaughter was so excited when she saw the tree swing and bunk beds. Close walking distance to everything.

The house is great, the fenced in yard is great . All the little things you need washer dryer , spices ,olive oil , every appliance you could ever think of in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable. We had a great stay

A+ experience. In the time leading up to our trip, I reached out several times to Jon. He was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The house itself was super clean, recently renovated, and very cute and cozy inside. The house was very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Asked a few questions throughout our stay, and once again, responses were super fast and accommodating! Overall great experience, would give a 6/5 if I could!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room. Kitchen was amazing for cooking and hanging out. Plenty of space to prep and cook. Communication was easy with Jon. My phone died and he easily shifted to communicating with my sister. We were driving from WI during bad weather, he was flexible on our check in time and allowed us to book another day due to weather as well. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Close to shopping and hot springs. Would love to come during the summer to enjoy the spacious yard.

Our stay at this VRBO was delightful. The home was clean and beautiful. It was kid friendly and a fun place to spend time. I look forward to staying here again!
