i was surprised to find out that the flat was actually in a basement, so it was cold and no natural light in the rooms

Very amiable people and authentic room

We got to stay in a trullo, which was incredibly nice. The room was spacious and clean. The location is great, it's just off the main street, where it's quieter, but still within walking distance of everything. The lady who greeted us spoke perfect English and was very helpful.

The doors need changing or oiling, the are quite squeky and don't close well (both bathroom and main). The hairdryer wan't working.

Location is perfect. Near the centre but in a quiet area. View from rooftop very nice.

Small and clean room. The communication with the host was excellent. They also have a backyard garden which can be used.

It was a little dark in the bedroom, but other than this it's very cosy.

Lovely accommodation located central but still a bit afar from all the hustle. The place has a lovely garden which the guests can use and this was a bonus for us. The room was very clean, nicely arranged and spacious. The lady in charge was super nice and helpful - she sent us very useful information via WhatsApp, she recommended nice restaurants and things to do, she helped us with storing our luggage for a few hours and she was always very friendly - we loved her. :)

They are using a bit too much chemical products for cleaning and this created an allergy for my husband - maybe they can reconsider the cleaning products.
