O ar condicionado eu tinha que ajustar manualmente. O quarto foi arrumado mas não foi varrido.

property was amazing . staff was very friendly and helpful. food was good . they carried my suitcase. offered to help . the only thing was no elevator . is hard to go up and down . but everything else was wonderful

Good location for those who prefer quietness. Nice beach and close to amenities, including a grocery store. Hotel is really close to the beach and has an internal access to it. Breakfast is good. Microwave and a sink inside the room is helpful.

1- Receptionists were not supportive starting from the check-in when there was nobody in the reception. I was asked to do an online check-in upon my arrival using my smartphone, which is an unusual way to do a check-in (to say the least). In the end the system did not work, and I was asked to fill out an old fashioned and long form. 2- In order to use the heated internal swimming it is necessary to book in advance, which is fair enough as a rule that was created during pandemic. However, no hotel staff is there to control when people get in and out, and we had to share our time slot with other people who stayed there indefinitely. 3- Showers are electric, below average standards of most hotels (normally gas heated). 4- Noise isolation is quite poor as the hotel uses porcelain tiles all over, and bathroom window communicates with internal corridor (again, very unusual). Fridge inside the room contributes with the noise from its compressor. 5- Single beds are fixed on the floor and wall mounted, and are suitable only for young children (up to 8 or 9 years old I would say).
