Rooms are so small and no facilities are working not even the room phone, ac is also not working properly, water issues, no cupboard, so much delay in service, worst experience etc

Very Bad experience with this property, staff is like a Robot, even Oyo is better then this holiday inn property. I checked in on 21st May and checked out on 22nd May yesterday only.The FO staff was very rude and housekeeping staff... I think they have not been trained, after informing the FO department about my checkout timings, the housekeeping guy was banging on my door like anything and he asked me for the checkout timings.It was quite embarassing for me well another incident I forgot my shoes in the room and for that I called the hotel and it's ridiculously that first 3 times they didn't even picked the call, then 4th time they picked it and the front office guy was least bother to help me out he mentioned that you take Promod's number he is in housekeeping department and he will help you out. I requested him and he straight away denied. Then I noted down Promod's number and requested Promod for my shoes and asked him to give me call back. I waited for 2hours and no response from him. Then I called him back and wonderingly he was super duper mannerless and he mentioned that I couldn't call you because I was so busy. He said he couldn't find the shoes, seems like he never searched for it. Because I remember where I kept my shoes and I am sure either it's there or somebody has already picked it from there. Again I requested him to check and asked him to give me a call back in an hour and it's been 3hours I haven't received any call neither from FO or that guy Promod. A big safety issue with this hotel. Please don't book this hotel, I know the charges are less of this property but people who stays here and there stuff is not safe here....

The room design and layout are very cramped and weird.

the room size is ok the bathroom are congested. it feels claustrophobic to get in them besides the housekeeping had to be called again and again to deliver the sanitaries and towels

Although i hd a complementary breakfast i cudnt eat it bcoz i hd to leave very early so pllzzzzz itz a request to provide alternative means of food
