Owners and staff very welcoming and would do anything for you. Dining room and bedroom spotless. Breakfast fantastic. Very tasteful design to the room. Shower and bed excellent. Minibar stocked well and cheap. This is the best property I’ve stayed in for over a decade, unforgettable.

Really lovely place to stay. Exceptional breakfast in great accommodation. The hosts are absolutely fantastic and extremely accommodating- they went out of their way to make a gluten free breakfast for my coeliac partner.

The accommodation was excellent, run by an extremely nice couple (family). You can easily walk into town and the garden is great! With covid19 it's much quieter at the residence as well as in Merano itself which also has it's upsides when visiting the sites and restaurants. Our impression was that everything is very well maintained and health regulations are applied everywhere without overdoing it. We definitely recommend visiting!

The road to the hotel & apartments is very narrow, which brings it charmes but good to be aware of.
