The breakfast items left in the fridge were great.

Check-in was amazing, staff were attentive, friendly & helpful, grounds were stunning and well looked after, view was amazing.

All the doors were squeaky - seems an easy fix as really annoying at night One door handle didn’t work and fell off Toilet pan was loose

Spacious apartment. It was great to have a 24/7 store and a car rental and an ATM machine across the street.

Not long enough.

The villa we had was superb, great layout, comfy beds, nice bathroom and stunning views. The beach is literally 15 steps from the door with reef fish at knee depth - perfect for the kids. Lovely pool too and the staff were amazing, so kind and friendly. The property is kept immaculately - the sand is even raked every morning. Wigmore's is across the road for supplies, ice creams and takeaways and there's a nice cafe next door for breakfast and lunch. Vaima on the Beach restaurant is only a few hundred metres walk too - amazing food, cocktails and views. Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.

The end bedroom by the street should have windows that block out the noise from the shops across the road considered and blinds that block out the light.

Perfect location. The best is the best on the Island. Staff were great and friendly. Great friendly atmosphere and guests can have fun in the pool. Definitely a place to rebook.

Everything was excellent - location and beach views, pool, unit had everything we needed, grounds kept tidy, clean, well maintained, room cleaning was well done, friendly staff. Good supermarket, ice cream and takeaway across the road.

Snorkelling directly off the beach, directly across from the supermarket, good parking, the apartment was great.

Location and the room were outstanding.

While the host was helpful he was a bit remote and not that friendly.

We had the two bedroom apartment, it was prefect for us and our son. Loved how close the beach was and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket.. Have stayed at bigger resorts in Rarotonga this is much better as smaller and not so many people.

Great place to stay close to everything you needed on hoilday Restaurants and supermarkets. Right on the beach which was nice and quiet like your own private beach. Best snorkeling. Large rooms, we stayed in 2 bedroom ground floor.

Needed a few things fixed up in rooms but didnt effect hoilday at all. sample Safe numbers didn't work. TV didnt work.

The wifi was absolutely hopeless. we were there for 8 nights and could only get it the last three days and then it was only in back room. also neighbours do gym classes with loud music serveral mornings a week early morning right outside the bedroom window of room 503

Awesome location with mini supermarket and takeaways across the road, cafe next door. Extremely clean. Lovely beach for snorkelling. I was very surprised how amazing this place was. Highly recommend.

The pillows were uncomfortable. Very hard and high especially for our son. We didn’t request different ones so this may be our fault for not asking. Also the Rooster nearby starts crowing around 5am. We were in the Villa closest to neighbouring property so it was probably louder for us. Apart for those two things, this place is amazing.

Location was great with Wigmores across the road and the beach with fantastic snorkelling within metres of your room
