Spacious, balcony,stylish, helpful staff

The property is very spacious, the rooms are very clean and modern. There are 2 supermarkets underneath the property for any groceries required as well as a cafe across the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to organise early check in or transportation. The breakfast was a decent range of continental breakfast although perhaps a little overpriced for what was on offer.
The location is quite far from the centre of Milan for anyone wishing to be within walking distance. The walk to the nearest Metro station is approximately 12 minutes and to Milan Centrale is approximately 15-20 minutes which is difficult to navigate if you have luggage with you. The area is a residential street which can be a little difficult to locate on arrival.

The staff were very friendly and supportive throughout your stay. ,my studio was nice and clean. There is a supermarket and pharmacy and bakery and cafe nearby.
The parking it was expensive, 20 EUR per day.

our room was at the first floor at the inside of the terrace, so could not really sit outside and didn't have a view. it was ok for our stay but maybe something to keep in mind

Location is reasonable but not great, one has to walk for about 20 minutes to get to the central station. On the good part, there is a supermarket just downstairs.

we had a small studio where you could sit outside in the evening.
unfortunately the location was not good, supermarket right underneath but otherwise far from good restaurants. we had to take the bus 2 stops and the. the metro to get into town. 3 day ticket however is cheap only 13€.

I am not sure if the table in the rooms are all the same (I was there twice) but I found them to be small to comfortably work or study and placed not close enough to natural light

we were absolutely happy stay in this place really nice clean good breakfast big selection 10 minutes walk to subway. bakery and big grocery store just few steps from hotel. staff was friendly and helpful.

very crean, smells amazing, rooms are big, spacious, nice shower, clean nice smelling towels, friendly stuff, willing to help
1. the location is far away from any metro station (around 1km) so If you are planning to walk a lot- not a good option.
2. the neighbourhood is kind of scary, you wouldnt want to be there inthe night alone. when you open the room windows, it is noisy, overlooks a building and the back of a supermarket where they tented to store and move boxes very early in the morining.
3. the breakfast- so so bad. very little options for a 250e overnight stay. having been in two hotels, this one had a way better room, but the breakfast is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!
4. the amenities and extras - no sewing kit whitch I needed, no ironing board in the room, no water bootle every day free of charge, mini bar very poorly supplied
