The staff at the Goodmore Hotel (Alex, Roland, Narsha, Elan and Winnie) were extremely kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions quickly and well. The rooms were comfortable and VERY quiet. I had no trouble sleeping, even in the middle of the day when I was exhausted by the jet lag traveling from Europe. The neighborhoods near the hotel have a wide selection of restaurants. The night market close to the hotel is very nice with excellent street food. There are several metro lines not too far (+:- 10 minutes) from the hotel (green, red, brown...). Do ask the staff to show you on a map where all the metro lines are.

Would it be possible to add CNN News Channel to the list of TV channels available? A small café on the premises would be very nice.

A bit of walk from MRT station. The room have a center air that can’t really be change of the temperature and our room can hear quite a bit of noise from the traffic and the building itself. The staff there were very nice people.

The staff are really helpful. The location is great, lots of small restaurants within walking distance. I asked Staff Winnie to recommend a tofu place near the area I was going to visit and her recommendation was really good.

The towel provided comes with a rather unpleasant smell ... The elevator is really slow.

I stay here quite often when I come into Taipei to visit my boyfriend or have a work function. The hotel is very clean, they often hand sanitizer at the front desk and outside the elevator on your floor. The beds might be a little hard for some, but are still comfortable. The location is great, 10 minute walk from both Guting and Dongmen MRT Stations. Plus there's bus stops close by, and plenty of taxis in the area. There is a 24hr Carrefour next door, so if you do forget something, you can find it there.

I like the location of the hotel which is closer to the MRT station and many food places you can get food nearby. The staff were very friendly and were able to attend to any requests we had during our stay.

The room was spacious with sufficient lighting. The bed was big enough and quite comfortable. The bathroom and shower are nice enough. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Wi-fi was unstable. The seat in room not the most comfortable. Don't need daily room cleaning but would have liked someone to regularly collect the trash.

The receptionists are very kind.
