Beautiful renovated Riad.

Everything was nice

The Raid Hotel is so interesting and fun. The eclectic rooms had a sort of hip and Moroccan motif. The breakfast area in the open-air rooftop was so cool! We enjoyed it immensely.

Everything was perfect! Although it was very windy during our stay, the hotel couldn't help that!

beautiful quaint and relaxing stay at the Riad. Serafin was a delightful host and very attentive and helpful . our room was very clean , nicely decorated and comfortable. the massage and hamman scrub were another level and Andres and Vanessa were extremely professional and good at what they did

there is nothing not to like . the wifi didn’t work very well, but that helped us both disconnect and enjoy each others company

This place is a gem. A few steps from the main street of Tarifa old town (very quiet place). The rooms and the courtyard are charmfull. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. Serafin (front desk manager) was super nice and helpful. My wife and I had a hammam treatment and it was SOMETHING! You can't miss it if you stay here. Looking forward to come back soon.

Everything about The Raid was perfect. We stayed in the Junior suite which was the perfect size and offered Everything we needed from privacy to tranquility. Complimentary minibar was an added bonus. Parking was on a nearby adjacent street for just 12euros for 24hrs. Friendly staff and so welcoming. Such a unique building and decor in the heart of Tarifa we could have stayed forever! Very satisfied customers. We stayed in off season, December just before Christmas so was very quite but still ample going on which suited us perfectly.

Unique hotel with charm in a wonderful place. We loved the style of the whole place and our room. Breakfast was served on a top terrace with fresh products. Staff was very helpful. The street is very narrow, so one can not drive to the door, but there a public parking ca. 200m away. The hotel itself in right in the middle of the old town with lots of restaurants and caffees.

We had a wonderful stay at The Riad. The location is great, really close to the centre of Tarifa. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious- especially the apple cake! The room was comfortable and characterful and the shower was really good. I booked a massage while we were there and it was wonderful - highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for one night on our first trip to Spain, and hence, our first trip to Tarifa. We fell in love with The Riad and with Tarifa in general. Our stay at The Riad made our trip to Tarifa that much more memorable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt extremely safe (because it's very small, it's usually always locked to the outside and each guest is given a key). When you walk inside, it's truly as if you're stepping back in time into a gorgeous oasis of an establishment. Breakfast on the outdoor roof deck was delicious, with everything sweet and savory that you could possibly want. The view from the rooftop deck is just stunning! We honestly wished that we had stayed one more night there.

I have nothing negative to say about The Riad. It's a delightful treasure of a small, intimate hotel.

Beautifully decorated building and room, comfortable bed and very nice breakfast. The staff are kind and attentive.

There are a few small things that could easily be improved - the wifi router is right by the bedhead, there are not enough places to hang wet towels and to have tea/coffee facilities on the terrace all day would be nice.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in! Beautiful clean room with excellent facilities, lovely seating area by a water feature for relaxing and a gorgeous rooftop terrace for playing cards and having a cup of tea. The staff were so lovely - nothing was too much trouble and they arranged our transfer and some treatments in the hotel spa for us. Fabulous breakfast too. The location is perfect, right in the old town by a historic church and lots of great restaurants. Thank you so much for our amazing stay and we will definitely be back

The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the calming music and running fountain in the lobby created a beautiful ambiente. We enjoyed a delicious sunset beer on the roof terrace served by the incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff-member, who was also happy to look after our belongings as we explored the Tarifa streets and shops the next day.

Breakfast would have been a little better if we were able to operate the coffee machine ourselves and we would have liked there to be fruit juice available. The bathroom/bedroom could have done with better ventilation - it got a little damp after showering and overnight.

The photos of the hotel are not representative. The bedroom doors don't fit the frame and with the winds normal in tarifa they are banging constantly. Breakfast is a joke, sitting the the cold under a tent.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The warm, welcoming staff, the beautiful interior, the incredibly comfortable beds (and pillows!), and even the staggered breakfast time so you feel like you are in your own private rooftop oasis. i loved it so much.

The only downside was likely unique to our room - the open concept shower is beautiful and I agree with it for aesthetics, but the water easily goes past the small lip to the rest of the floor. If the floor sloped slightly to a small drain, it would be perfect.

We loved the decor, attention to detail, dedicated staff, rooftop space and of course the location. Our room, #9 was adorable, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, cool shower, vintage doors and windows. With a North African feel it set the stage for our next adventure in Morocco.
