The owner and his wife were the consummate hosts. Everything was absolutely perfect! They met us upon arrival and gave a quick tour of the property and covered all the things we needed to know to ensure a comfortable stay. Within the home there were so many thoughtful touches and we love that the kitchen especially had so many “extras” that aided us in hosting visiting family and we lacked for nothing. We are definitely returning. And clean doesn’t come close to describing this spotless home.

Planned trip for Laconia bike week. Cottage was just far enough to avoid the noise but close enough to get there quick. Turned out to be a perfect quiet location with great view to settle down after a hectic day

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside cabin. Gorgeous location right on Lake Winnisquam with clean and tidy accommodations. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

The cottage was located in a quiet area, we had private lake access and the cottage was clean an located central to all of our sites of interest. Would most definitely stay at this location again.

We loved our stay in this cabin. Upon arrival we were personally greeted by the owners. I immediately noticed how clean and well stocked it was ! It was everything for a long weekend. The view of the lake was a bonus - we will be back !

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin in Meredith NH. The cabin was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. We came to kayak and it was located near all the lakes and ponds.

What a fabulous cottage. It has everything that is needed for a great break. The owner Everett could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed the use of the kayaks. It was a first for us!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the lakes region.

My husband and I were impressed the moment we walked through the door. The place is very clean with many sitting areas. Sitting on the dock was peaceful, a great place to sit, drink coffee and reflect first thing in the morning! Everett, the owner, is accommodating and kind. We are looking forward to going back next year!!

The cabin, the property, the location, the views! Everything was wonderful! This was a great home base for our family of 5 while we explored the lakes region and ventured to Mount Washington. The hosts prepared everything we could need to make our stay wonderful and our boys especially enjoyed the lake amenities.

The home was immaculate, and Everett and Denise were very gracious hosts. The property is in a quiet and pretty location with views of the lake. The home had everything you would need for cooking including a wide selection of spices. We spent our time sight seeing and hiking, but would be a great place to just relax and kayak off the dock.

A beautiful location with gracious hosts. Spotless property with multiple spots to enjoy your surroundings- screened-in porch, deck, picnic table, fire pit by the water, and a table on the dock. A place where you can use as a home base to experience the Lakes Region or just kick back and relax. It was a wonderful place to bookend our summer.

Our second visit to Denise and Everett's home was just as great as the first! Can't wait to visit again next year. 😁

My family and I had a great time. Everett and his wife are very nice they make you feel welcome.

The cabin is even more charming then pictured and completely immaculate. I also didn't realize it had such a good view of the water. There is a cabin in between but you still have a great view of the water and your dock area. Hosts are extremely friendly and accommadating. The dock has one of the best swimming areas with easy access to the water great for those hot days! The price also can't be beat! We will be back for sure.

What a wonderful cabin to stay!! My kids and us had a great time. It is just what we need after coop up during Covid. Everett and Denise are perfect host! They make sure we got everything we did. The cabin is well stocked with all the amenities. Kids loves the loft room. Also, I am a germaphobe and the cabin is exceptionally clean. We went there during 1st week of June and there's very very little bugs or mosquitos. During our stay we mostly just walked out and fishing on the dock every morning and Kayak during the days...so simple yet so perfect vacation for us. The location is so relaxing and quiet especially in the morning. Definitely will come back to stay there again! Thank you Everett and Denise.

Everett and Denise are super nice! The home is beautiful and immaculate and king bed was very comfortable. Only con-Skylight over bed made it difficult for us to try and sleep anytime past sunrise—But that’s probably just us. We would definitely go again —with sleep masks.

House was adorable and very clean. The owners were great. I loved staying at the cabin. Peaceful and relaxing.

Weather did not compliment our stay; we were unable to enjoy the fire pit and the water sport activities. There were a few moments that we were able to enjoy the seating and beautiful views from the dock; witching the sail boats and the occasional motor boat or jet ski. This time of year the crowds were down and boat traffic was sparse. The grounds were very well kept, beautiful plantings and well on the way to a full landscape in the Spring.We had a great stay and will consider a stay again in the future. Everett and Denise were very kind and accessible as needed. They have maintaned the cottage and grounds impeccably. Highly recommended.

Cabin is clean and welcoming. Owners are friendly and available. Very quiet and relaxing.

We arrived on Sat, Aug 1 and couldn't believe how beautiful this place was on the inside. Pictures don't do it justice. It sits on the hill and you can see the water from it and the dock where you get to use. They have everything there for you that you need including towels. Just bring food, beach towels, and any other fun things you want. Don't forget your swimming gear and fishing gear! They had just put in an air conditioner which works awesome! It's peaceful and quiet. We brought our boat up for the week as well. Great set up. Fire pit, and so much amenities! The owners are awesome and personable and if you need anything, all you have to do is ask. We were there for the storm and we lost power for 12 hours. But, went to bed early and got up and power was back. You will really love the owners and the place. We are renting again next year and plan to make this an annual event. Thank you Andrus family!
