Location was a bit hard to find off the bat but once located it was perfect. A hike up the hill but that goes for most properties. Quick walk into town and quiet!

I wish that there were more coffee pods provided along with some sugar. There were a few but most were decaffeinated which is a little pointless.

L'appartamento non è facile da trovare. Abbiamo messo un pò per trovare la entrata giusta (era già buio). Il riscaldamento ha messo un pò troppo per iniziare riscaldare (sembrava anche di non funzionare) Abbiamo acesso appena arrivati a casa e dopo qualche ore la casa era ancora fredda. I proprietari non hanno risposto prontamente. Al mio parere, mancano ganci per asciugamani per esempio. I calice di vino erano sporchi, ho dovuto rilavare prima di utilizzare.

Love the whole house, the facilities. There are utensils inside the house.

Location is far. Need to climb stairs. Can't get there via other staircase. Only 1 road that leads to the house. I tried other route it didn't work. Haha

A really great location in Zermatt. A short walk to town and all the shops and restaurants.

The lock was a little finicky, but besides that, everything was great.

The home was amazing, it was really clean and comfortable. it is just little bit far from the city, if you like hiking it’s the perfect place. 15 min walk from the center

It was a good place to stay for 3 days, clean and not that far from the center of Zermatt. Last-minute booking worked without any complications.

WiFi did not work.
