Die Unterkunft war sehr leicht zum finden in der Nähe von einer Ubahnstation wo man sehr gut die Sehenswürdikeiten erreichen kann!

Die Wohnung war leider die erste Nacht extrem kalt! in der Küche das Geschirr war alt und abgekratzt und noch schmutzig dazu! Das Bad war an der Wand schimmelig! Und die Bettdecke hatte Haare oben, was sehr ekelig war!

Location was perfect. Gordon was there to greet us and make some tourist suggestions on what and where we should go. Provided a map and explained the train/bus system to us. Thank you Gordon

No mirror in the bedroom. A few amenities like salt/pepper would have been nice.

Location is good.

The bathroom was not clean. I can understand the water pressure issues, as it is an old building, just like most buildings in Rome, but a new shower curtain costs nothing. Therefore guests should not have to shower in a bathtub with a dirty shower curtain. The kitchen was very basic and utensils were not very clean either. But what I found most concerning is that when I was about to pay the €300 for my booking, which is required to be paid in cash, the host charged me 65 additional euros. Which was/is not stated in my reservation in Booking. The total cost is clearly stated as 300 euros. So it is concerning that the host is charging additional amounts that were not stipulated or previously established in Booking. I paid what he asked only because I did not want to make it an issue in front of my dad, as I was travelling with him to celebrate his birthday, and did not want to see me upset or arguing with the host. However, I did tell the host that that was not the price I agreed to in Booking.com. But he said the additional 65 euros were for cleaning. Which was never established in my reservation.

Värden var mycket upplysande om alla sevärdheter. Mycket stor lägenhet med två sovrum. Köket var välutrustat. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt. Nära till stort snabbköp.

Området har en del uteliggare. Hiss saknas.

Gostei pois tinha lugar para estacionar o carro, o anfitrião já nos esperava quando chegamos, ele foi super solícito, explicou tudo e deu dicas sobre a cidade e lugares para comer. Ar condicionado funcionava bem.

Muitas escadas para subir as malas, o prédio é antigo e precisa de manutenção. O destaque negativo com certeza é o banheiro: banho ruim, água fraca, a banheira não tem lugar para idosos de segurarem, cortina do banheiro realmente suja. Não gostamos do bairro também. Sujo e assustador.

The separate rooms were nice. The owner is very nice and helpful. Good value for the money .

Needed a taxi to get anywhere.
