Property had everything we could want plus a bottle of wine and biscuits 😁 Great, dog friendly space outside.

If someone had used the shower the floor remained wet even after using the rubber broom, therefore wet socks when using the toilet. Not a problem, just needed to be careful.

pictures show a woodburner. I assumed was to burn wood but it is electric- should have checked!

Location was perfect for our needs

Excellent Dog friendly property that had everything you would need for a week's stay. Very warm and cosy and being able to use the paddock for dog exercising was a bonus. Ideally located for Coast and Broads and many exceptionally dog friendly eateries in area. Thoroughly recommended.

When the weather got really warm we were unable to open any of the Velux roof windows. This made the cottage very warm indeed. Not sure if they need a little bit of TLC.

Great property, fabulous location in close proximity to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for exploring North Norfolk and Norwich which both have lots to do. Walks along the beach very good as well as watching the seals at Horsey Beach.

Everything. We had two dogs. Paddock was great for them . The garden was lovely to have coffee in. Quite location. Loved it.

Location is excellent. Lovely views and local countryside walks.

The only problem was the flies 🪰. There were so many, however much we tried to get rid of them, somehow there was a steady influx. We caught at least 10-12 flies a day.

Modern, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely welcome pack and beautifully maintained grounds to use.

Absolutely nothing!

The hosts had gone to so many added extras, with fresh flowers, wine and eggs, bread and milk. There was lots of information in the welcome pack for dog friendly walks and pubs. The kitchen was fully stocked with extra little spices etc and very good equipment. Loved the outside paddock which we used daily with our dog.

There was everything we could possibly need!

Very comfortable cottage with everything you need, all very well thought through. VERY clean. Responsive host.

Perfect location, short trip to the beach. Dogs loved the cottage.
