In 20 years of rentals I have never encountered a dirtier property. The carpet was so stained. Bathrooms were not clean. Dirty bandaid on the floor in the living g room . Kitchen poorly equipped. Grass was over 7 inches tall. Finally cut on Thursday. Pool and hot tub were great. Not anyone's fault but way to the beach access was flooded most of the week. Would not rent from this company ever again

We were very excited to have booked in OBX for our family reunion for 7/2022. However this house definitely needs some attention indoors and outdoors. Management company said they provide us with a starter pack of cleaning supplies….. that was one papertowel and two cups in a bag. There was one roll of toilet paper which we found in one of the bedrooms. Thankfully, we brought plenty with us. Upon arrival, we had two beds with dirty sheets - sand in the bed. One bathroom toilet overflowed - my husband (who is a contractor ) realized they had the water to that toilet turned off because it was leaking from the base. One shower curtain was filled with mold. Broken bulbs in light fixtures. Not all rooms have televisions and not all rooms have ceiling fans. Tv remotes were all mixed up throughout the house. There was not an outdoor fridge near the tiki bar as advertised. Outside of the house could use pressure washing from all the spider webs and bugs. Advertised we had access to the garage - that was false. Needless to say, we called and emailed a list about the property the very same day we checked in. Someone did contact me the next day. Day2 They dropped off new sheets but we already had to wash the sheets in order to sleep in them on Day 1. Day 3 someone came to figure out all the tv remotes and pair them with the right tv. Also they dropped off the tv that is advertised to be in the game room. They did not fix the broken toilet Til Day 4 of our trip. Never had access to the garage. Never received any feedback about the outdoor fridge besides the management company stating they never knew it was listed in the ad about the property. Cleaning and organization in the place could for sure be better. My family and I cleaned and organized it better than how it was given to us. Overall, the property suited the purpose of having enough room for all of us but needs some attention.

The house was so dirty with broken and very worn furniture that it overshadowed the other nicities of being at the beach. We were very disappointed in how many things were wrong with this property. Extremely dirty windows, bugs plastered on the outside of the entrance and the rest of the house, missing and broken chairs, dirty walls to name just a few. Although the rental company responded quickly when we complained about the stopped up drains and toilets, the house being in such disrepair had to be a reflection on them for not taking care of the property. We will not stay here again.

One shower we couldn’t use because it didn’t drain at all. There was still water in it when we left and it was used the first day we got there. The house had bugs. Spiders, Beatles, and when we opened the sliding door it had rotted wood up top and bugs fell out of it when we opened it. The carpets are really stained, walls had dirt on them, spider webs and bugs in all the windows, the pool area was dirty, an old tube in the pool that’s closed, a chlorine bucket just floating in the pool, the hot tub was okay but the hot tub lights didn’t work. It was just run down overall. The kitchen chairs were not all there. There was brown bar stools in closets and a broken kitchen chair in the corner of my bedroom. Every picture on the walls was hung crooked. Just didn’t look like the pictures online. In my opinion they are letting it just all fall apart. Won’t be staying here ever again and will look for better properties and go by reviews next time.
