Der Empfang war nicht sonderlich freundlich, leider alles ziemlich alt und irgendwie abgerockt. Die Lage ist leider sich nicht gut. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt

Una buenísima energía, magia y ganas de compartir.
La zona exterior muy bonita y cómoda.
Las camas un poco pequeñas. Las instalaciones familiares. Compensa con todo el resto.

Хостел расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от маленького пляжа, рядом есть супермаркет, остановка, в 15 минутах ходьбы набережная с барами и ресторанами. Хостел выглядит очень интересно, все расписано разными сюжетами, все время интересно рассматривать стены. Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть все для готовки, в хостеле 2 ванные комнаты, в час пик нужно немного подождать. Во дворе прекрасная зона отдыха под деревом, очень приятно просто посидеть за столиком или на диване во дворе. С интернетом вообще не было проблем.
Хозяин приятный человек, и весь персонал дружественный и как то сразу чувствуешь себя как дома, как будто приехал в гости к своим старым друзьям. В этом месте царит особая атмосфера расслабленности и комфорта.
В хостеле достаточно чисто, есть свод правил, которые делают пребывание комфортным. Кто то жаловался что слишком много правил, но мне нравится когда все им следуют, убирают за собой и ведут себя тихо после 11 вечера.
Рядом есть улица, где можно припарковать свое авто, всегда находилось место, только на выходной было много народу, но все равно мы нашли место.
Нужно учитывать что это хостел, где всегда много людей, и если соседи неудачные, то уже не так комфортно. В первые дни у нас был сосед, который всю ночь кашлял, и беруши не помогали. Так как стены очень тонкие, то слышно все что происходит вокруг. Но когда соседи были тихие, то было очень комфортно спать. Так как цена низкая, то и контингент очень разный, но в целом все были приятные люди.

Dobrý výchozí bod pro výlety, přátelský personál a uvolněná atmosféra, pokoj byl čistý, postel pohodlná (soukromý pokoj)
Koupelna a kuchyň nebyly nejčistší… paní majitelka/recepční by měla koupelnu lépe umývat.

L’accueil était top
Les clients de l’auberge ont en moyenne 40 ans et la plupart ne sait pas se tenir. Homme qui se lève en pleine nuit et crie, radio allumée a fond au petit matin. Ce n’est pas de la faute des gérants mais seulement des clients.

I go to Las Galletas for a weekend class and stop a los Duendes when t can't stay with friends. I live on the island. When I go I just need a comfortable bed and a clean shower. I really like that the bathrooms are clean.
It's very basic. I don't mind because I need cheap and functional but people should know that this is basic efficiency over cozy.

Relaxed small individual hostel that is very cozy and clean.
We could sleep very well in the wooden hut. For one night it was great especially for the price!
There is only one bathroom in the house with a shower and toilet in one room. To the other bathroom, a dormitory serves as a passage room. Here one did not really dare to enter, especially as a woman.
The wooden hut is uninsulated and there are unclosable openings to the outside, which makes mosquitoes unavoidable and people can be clearly heard in the garden. Those who are gentle sleepers will surely wake up a few times.

It is quite nice located near the beach
As it is the cheapest alternative around Costa del Silencio, but still payed 52 euros a night for a room with no shower I would expect the all over cleanliness and state of the place to be a bit better.

toilets not clean, room was not clean, bed uncomfortable, kitchen is very basic.
small indoor common area, outdoor common area is a bit of a mess.
my flight was over an hour delayed so I was due to arrive at 11:30pm. I phoned up and was told I would not be let in and could not arrive that night as check in ends at 11pm. The hostel staff are on site 24/7 so they basically stranded me for the night for no reason. (I went to Ashavana Hostel, go there not here). They NEED to make this more clear when booking if you’re due to arrive late.
That should’ve been a red flag as when I arrived I was very disappointed. Thank god my 2 night stay was cut short to 1 night.
Don’t stay in the 12 bed room.

Though very small the room was clean and the bed comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Fine for the price.
Though it said 'shared bathroom' I didn't think there would only be one toilet and shower for almost all the guests (there's another one in a dorm room but who wants to tiptoe through a room full of sleeping bunkbeds at night to get there?). Also it was more awkward to get to than google suggested; it's a fair walk from an airport bus stop. The Costa Silencio is residential.

It was a very unsafe environment. Over half of the people sleeping in the mixed 12 dorm bedroom were males over 45 that lived their permanently and that also had obvious hard drug use. I did not feel safe at all , the rest of the guests were all male. The men that lived there were very unsafe. I luckyily had a friend camping near by on the beach which I went and joined. This was a super dangerous situation for me espicially being a solo young female traveller. I think this place is not suitable at all to be on your website as a hostel. It felt more like a rehab centre for herion junkies single males.

Whether you like staying here depends a lot on what you're looking for (and who else happens to be there). I liked it. The atmosphere is laid-back and the staff helpful and friendly, they do everything they can to accommodate you. The area is quiet (and somewhat run-down) and you can find peaceful beaches and beautiful cliffs, or go anywhere on the island by bus. It's a bit remote, but I liked being away from the hubbub. The place itself is not always quiet, though. It's a small place, and not very soundproof - if others are in a party mood, you won't be able to get away from it. On the other hand, it's a good place to meet people. It boils down to living at close quarters with other people and probably dealing with some chaos that comes with that, but also unexpected encounters and fun spontaneous moments.
