-No elevator: it required super human efforts to lug away luggage - super thin towels

i didnt end up stay here cos it was no body welcome us and gave a written a wrong instruction and we couldnt found our room.. the next day i went there to complain at 4.30pm, no body in the office anymore.. horrible experience

Everything in this apartment has been meticulously planned. Kitchen well equipped with matching cutlery and we had everything we needed to be there. Nice Living room with balconies. Spacious bed rooms with nice clean rest rooms

On the day of check out was planning to leave late asked for an extended time until 1 Pm but had to vacate the place before 11 AM

The apartment is superb. Great views from the balconies and close to all amenities. Kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware.

The place is very spacious. The view on the terrace is awesome. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There re quite some flies in the apartment. Upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a lock.

Very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen and big balcony with a spectacular view of the Eiger. Location was great - a 5 minute walk into town (where a large supermarket and playground can be found) and 2 minutes to the nearest hiking trail. We loved our stay.

The railway track runs directly behind the building so some noise can be heard

Friendly and helpfull staff (baby chair was available on request) Wonderfull spacious apartment, excellent for family stay. Centrally located, walking distance to town center and train station. Free bus to skilifts.

No negatives for us. Just keep in mind no elevators in the building.

We stayed in the self catering apartment "Renata", and it was amazing. All very newly furnished, nice big rooms, an excellent kitchen and also a fantastic bathroom. Balcony also has great views of the mountains. If the location isn't an issue for you, then I can highly recommend this apartment.

Location is not the best in Grindelwald (but also not the worst) It's a little bit of a walk up to the train station, especially with ski gear. There is also a bus stop, but in high season the bus is likely to already be very full by the time it arrives. Also, the ski room is *tiny*! Can't imagine what it is like during busy season!
