Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Location was ok.

I had a room on the street side, traffic is loud. Could not turn a/c down colder or keep the fan running to help with the noise. Next time I would request a room off the street side.

The staff were very friendly, courteous,and ready to assist. Shemiah, Diquana, and Bobbi were exceptional. Their smiles were enough to make my family feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Many hotels can't compare with the speed of the Free Wi-Fi at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Salisbury. Will definitely stay here many more times and will recommend this hotel. The complimentary laundry was great too.

I didn't like how another guest dumped my clothes on the dryer after the wash was complete. I was very upset and brought it to the attention of the front desk. One of the ladies I mentioned promptly addressed the situation with the guest.

The location is convenient and the staff are excellent. They are very professional and courteous. I give props to these ladies, Diquana, Bobbi, and Shemiah. They made our stay very pleasant.

Parking spaces are not enough when hotel is fully booked.

Nice room.

Hotel messed up billing the room charges to Booking.com and tried to blame Booking.com. That was irritating enough. Booking.com provided ZERO assistance straightening the matter out. Despite the fact that our rooms were prepaid through Booking, the toll free number people told us it was up to us to straighten things out with the hotel.

No housekeeping during my stay which meant I only had coffee in my room the first day. also no hand soap in bathroom

We had to leave early, 7am no breakfast available. Appreciated coffee bar!

Breakfast was very good. The only issue was that for vegetarians, all the egg dishes had meat in them.

It was a beautiful place. The staff was awesome and fun. The rooms were comfortable. I had friends and family with me and they were very satisfied with their rooms and slept well.

There were a few issues. The bed base was broken and the power went out in my room. Besides that everything was good
